Pros:

Only staff trying to help and good breakfast are its only good points.

Cons:

Empty minibar. Safety not so good. They gave a master card to a guest, so when I was in my room, a stranger just opened my door and tried to enter. It was terrible, which made me cry as I felt scared all night. Staff tried to calm me down, but the truth is that it happened.

Ми вже багато років зупиняємось в цьому готелі .
Завжди в захваті від комфорту та місцерозташування .

Сніданки за п'ять років не змінились зовсім,хотілось би трохи різноманіття.
Перебували там шість днів ,їсти одне і те саме кожного ранку важкувато.
Проживали на шостому поверсі ,запах в коридорі був жахливий..
Подушки були не зручними .

Overall, it’s a good hotel with polite and helpful reception staff, but there are a few areas that need improvement.
The rooms are quiet, the Wi-Fi connection is strong, and hot water is available even in the toilet hand showers, which is convenient. Housekeeping was done every day, and fresh towels were provided regularly, which was appreciated.

Cons:

However, the hotel does not offer room service, which may be inconvenient for some guests.
Another drawback is that the rooms do not have individual air-conditioning units—only central heating. Rooms facing the east get very hot during the day, making them uncomfortable at times.
The complimentary breakfast is the same each day with no variation, so it becomes repetitive during longer stays.
Additionally, there is no bellboy or luggage trolley service. Guests have to handle their own luggage during check-in and check-out, which is something the hotel should consider adding.

Very nice stay! clean, comfortable and friendly
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, tidy and nicely maintained. The staff was lovely and very helpful, especially Tamara at the reception, who was always kind and welcoming. Overall, a comfortable stay with good service.

לא היתי חוזרת לשם שוב

מלון בינוני , בידוד רעש בין לדרים לא טוב, שומעים שכנים. ארוחת בוקר בסיסית , כל יום אותו דבר.
