Personal muy amable
Pros:

La habitación era muy cómoda, amplia y estaba bastante limpia. Tiene una gran terraza. Los dueños del alojamiento fueron muy amables y atentos en todo momento. Cuenta con tres plazas de aparcamiento propio, pero cuando se llenan hay que aparcar en la calle

Ich konnte eine Stunde früher einchecken. Alles ist sehr unkompliziert und die Leute sind sehr freundlich.

Тбилиси с десятого этажа.
Pros:

Дизайн и размер номера, индивидуальный балкон-тераса очень понравились. Лифт и пандусы для моих больных ног были очень полезны.

Cons:

Если привести в порядок сантехнику, то такие номера можно продавать дороже и спрос будет больше..

Очень отзывчивый и вежливый персонал, как по телефону, так и лично. Отличный номер за свои деньги. Панорамное остекление. Огромное патио. Смарт ТВ с ютубом. Посуда, штопор, место для готовки пищи на этаже, есть настольные игры. Матрас удобный. Горячая вода идёт хорошо. Отдельно хочу отметить что полотенца НЕ кислые!))) Обычно начинаешь вытираться, и полотенца начинают вонять, потому что их забыли в машинке после стирки. Здесь полотенца отличные!

Cons:

В моём номере плохо работал кондиционер. Наверное требует заправки или очистки

Pros:

Современный, красивый интерьер.
Терраса в каждом номере .
Кровать удобная, большая .
Утром пили кофе на террасе ) .
В отеле есть кухня, если есть потребность можно приготовит по кушать , но мы не готовили , так как на отдыхе , кафе , рестораны.
Хозяева отзывчивые .

Disappointing accommodation.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed when arriving to this property. First of all, it is not a hotel. It is in a huge 10 story grey building (felt a little bit unsafe) where they own the 10th floor. The photos and the name were very deceiving, it is certainly not a “boutique hotel”. Making your way to the elevator in what felt like a concrete car park to take you to the top floor was not a nice experience.

We arrive 15 minutes before check in time, to which we were made feel like an inconvenience. It seemed they only started to clean our rooms when we arrived, so we were made wait in a communal kitchen. The rooms were not ready until 25 minutes after the check in time, and the staff seemed stressed.

The rooms were fine, however the shower was not good and the bathroom had a bad smell. My room had a stale smell of cigarettes. The TV did not work, and the “balcony” is basically one long balcony to which all rooms can access, divided by some greenery. It didn’t feel like a safe spot as anyone could just come into your balcony easily.

We felt no welcome whatsoever from the host, received no help or thanks for staying - like other “boutique hotels” I have stayed in. Having seen amazing photos and a high review score, I was very shocked with the whole experience.
