Butik otel.Personel ilgili ve sempatik.Özellikle Mariayı sevdik.Yardımsefer ve güler yüzlü.Akşam resepsiyonist adını unuttum fakat oda yardımsever.Konum harika.Ama asansör yok.Merdiven dik.Ulaşım heryere yakın.Kahvaltı zayıf yeterli değil.Peynir yok bal yok reçel çok az mini.Bol bol hamur pohoça .Bize yeterli gelmedi.Ama bayan elinden geleni yaptı.

Kahvaltı yeri çok küçük.Yeterli değil.Sabah Hamur kızartıldığıiçin koku vardı.4 yıldızlı bir kahvaltı yok.Merdivenleri sevmedim.Valiz ağır dik merdiven zor çıkardık.Çocuklu aile için zor.

Хороший отель с хорошим персоналом . Завтраки у Майи были прекрасные. Ресепшен очень профессиональный и внимательный ко всем просьбам . Чисто в номерах. Все понравилось. Рекомендую путешественникам . 👍

The hotel location is not good, look for it. It is better to look for a hotel in the Freedom Square area where all the action is. The beds are uncomfortable. Poor hotel for the price. They took a 20% commission for canceling the reservation, be careful .The pictures that show are far from reality.

أعجبني المصري الموجود في الاستقبال فقط كان متعاون وسهل وسلس. وساعدني في حمل الشنط

أولا، لا تتخادعون بالمبنى من برا وتقول الفندق واو أول ما تفتح الباب عشان تدخل يوجد درج صعب جدا للي معه شنط كثيرة، أو شنط. ثقيلة مثلي لأنه لا يوجد شخص، أو شيء يساعدك الحمل للأمتعة
ثانيا الدفاية لا تعمل
ثالثا المكيف ضعيف أنا أريد أن أشغل التدفئة والهواء الحار، ولكن ضعيف جدا
