Pros:

Я люблю это место! Цена / качество - идеальное соотношение. За такую цену обычно какие-то клоповники на задворках города. А здесь самый центр, номера чистые, завтрак нормальный, роскошная терраса с видом на город для ужина. Вещи кинул и пошёл, и ты в самом сердце города! Что еще надо?

Cons:

Всё отлично, те кому нужен люкс - пусть берут отель за 500+ лари за ночь. В своей категории отель замечательный!

Wenn ich nochmal nach Tblisi komme, frage ich auf jeden Fall wieder im Monument1880 an.
Pros:

Meine Check In und CheckOut Zeiten haben sich mehrfach verschoben und lagen am Ende mitten in der Nacht. Dies war kein Problem und wurde sehr zuvorkommend gehandhabt.

Odalar temizdi özellikle tuvalet ve banyo ama kullanılan havlular artık grileşmiş nevresimler tüylenmiş temiz olsa bile temiz görünmeyen cinsten.

Cons:

Yataklar aşırı eskii 26 numaralı odada yatağın yayları batıyor o derece !!!!
Kahvaltı çok az şekerli hiçbir şey yok ve omlet yapmasını istediğimde dün vardı bugün yok dedi yapmadı. Odalarda içme suyu yok bu en ucuz otelde bile olur !!!

Pros:

A perfect location: both places of interest, bars, cafés and official structures -- embassies, the house of justice etc -- are within walking distance. The staff is amicable and helpful. What I especially liked was their laundry services: you can do it quickly without unreasonable costs or necessity to bring your stuff somewhere and wait for hours.
