Very Good Stay at Verisima
Pros:

We had a very good stay at the hotel. The reception staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was more than sufficient, and the lady working in the breakfast room was especially attentive, as she spoke our language and made sure we were well taken care of. The room was comfortable and met our needs, and the location was perfect—just a minute's walk to the main street and very close to the metro. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

All in all our stay was good. Most of the staff are nice, and though they don't speak much english, they are helpful. Andre in particular was very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is cozy and in a very nice area. Supermarkets are available all around and it is close to the bus station.
Be careful though the elevator does not reqch the entrance. You have to climb a few stairs to get to the elevator. Be careful if you have heavy luggage.
The room was a little small but fine. However, they only cleaned the room once during our 8 day stay. The toilet had a bad smell sometimes.
The breakfast is an open one with limited options, but good overall.
Recommended.
