The location is great. AC working well, the design of the room was nice. Very helpful host available 24/7
The toilet seat was broken. There is no everyday cleaning, you would need to ask for towels & bedding change
Very good position, the host was very friendly and helpful! The room was ok, it had good air conditioning, the boiler and some pots and stovel to cook. Despite it being in the center, the windows have a good insonorization from the street. Check-in was simple
The bed is not so comfortable and is noisy, but that is my personal opinion.
The bathroom can be more well maintained but is acceptable.
The room was not insonorized from the others, so the noise really depends from your neighbors.

The beds were quite creaky and some of the slats were loose and could have broken, but no significant problem otherwise

Marina was such an wonderful host! I genuinely enjoyed my stay there cuz the room was so homey and vintage, you’d really feel like living like a local in that neighborhood. The location is the best, walking distance to popular restaurants like Lolita, basically you can walk anywhere or take the bus very conveniently.
