Aufgeschlossene Leute um guten Service bemüht. Nett, hilfsbereit. Betrufft Chefin und Tochter. Ansonsten absolut sauber, hochwertige Ausstattung. grosse und ruhige Zimmer, ordentliches, variantenreiches und ausreichendes Frühstück. Top Lage für den Stadtbesuch. Private Parkplätze und problemlose Anfahrt.

Cons:

Das Haus hat entsprechend seinem Alter Einrichtung und Flure, die mir zu düster vorkamen. Vom Chef hatten wir den Eindruck, dass er mehr an einer offen stehenden Tür interessiert war als an der Bgrüssung seiner Gäste.

Overall a great stay, great staff and location.
Pros:

Nice size room on the top floor of the hotel, very nice German breakfast with friendly staff

Cons:

The AC unit is in the hallway, to get the air moving it might be good to install some ceiling fans in each room, during extreme temperatures the hallway is cool but the rooms still stay warm

Lovely hotel in beautiful part of Germany.
Pros:

Great location, with safe off-street parking at the rear. Just a minutes walk from the bridge across from Keus to Bernkastel which is just beyond pretty and quaint. We were there just for one night, a couple of days before Christmas and caught the last night of the Christmas markets in town which was magical. We stayed in a very spacious family room on the top floor of the hotel which was warm and comfortable with separate two bedrooms and a large bathroom, almost like an apartment. The breakfast buffet was plentiful European fare and in a charming bright dining room. We would definitely stay again here the next time we are passing that area.

Cons:

No tea or coffee supplies in the rooms.
