Friendly staff and people, we liked it.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel is located just 5 minutes walk from a main road, and it is a great location, though itself is in a bit of a back road/alley (much of Tbilisi is like this). The room was clean and the breakfast was good too. For travelers who are interested the hotel is Shabbat friendly and kosher (not chalav yisrael). There may be a dairy Shabbat mealโ€” inquire if interested. They will have Shabbat candles and havdala set in the common space.
All in all a very pleasant experience.

Cons:

The hotel is in a back road and can be a bit hard to find. The walls seem a bit thin too, one of the other guests complained she heard shouting from the street in her room at night, but itโ€™s a quiet area so I donโ€™t think this will be a problem most of the time.
Overall we had no real complaints, and would recommend.

Overall, a comfortable stay in a very convenient location. Iโ€™d happily stay here again.
Pros:

Hotel has a great location, very close to Freedom Square and other main tourist spots in Tbilisi, which made getting around really easy.
Cleanliness was excellent, and the bed deserves a special mention. It was incredibly soft. Honestly, I could have slept all day haha. The staff were also very kind, welcoming, and pleasant to deal with throughout our stay.

Cons:

The only small thing to note is that the road leading to the hotel is quite narrow, and some taxi drivers can get a bit irate because of it. That said, itโ€™s not the hotelโ€™s fault at all.

The staff were very friendly. Every morning, Alice cooked for us based on our preferences, so the food was delicious. I also really liked the hotelโ€™s location, because there are many things to do nearby, especially if you enjoy walks through the city.
