Aangenaam verblijf in centrum van BernKastel-Kues.
Pros:

Centrale ligging in BernKastel. Alles van hieruit goed bereikbaar.
Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Voor mensen met beperking is het hotel moeilijk begaanbaar. Er is geen lift aanwezig.

Was relatief goed maar ik had iets meer verwacht.
Pros:

Ontbijt was voldoende maar zeker niet uitgebreid.
Eerste morgen was er geen ontbijt voorzien wegens ziekte van de kok, eigenlijk denk ik dat we de enige gasten waren en het niet de moeite loonde om ontbijt aan te bieden. Ze hebben wel 17 € terugbetaald voor 2 ontbijten maar een ontbijt op een andere plaats koste 20 € per persoon !

Cons:

Bed, eerste avond als ik mij op de rand van het bet zette, viel ik er door. Bij nazicht zag ik dat de ondersteuning onder de latoflex totaal stuk was deze geen steunpunt meer had in het midden. Ik heb dit opgelost, want in het hotel was er geen personeel aanwezig, en twee dagen later hebben ze het bed terug hersteld.
Harde matras op een latoflex is niet erg comfortabel.

Tolles Hotel mit tollem Personal.
Pros:

Hotel ist zwar in die Tage gekommen, aber das macht den Charme des Hotels aus. Lage ist Top. Das Essen im Hotel ist super.

We had a lovely mini-break in a cosy, comfortable and perfectly located hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast vwas very good. Room was excellent, very spacious, windows were easily opened and it was easy to regulate the temperature.

Cons:

Arrival was slightly problematic as the hotel closes on the day we arrived. If it hadn't been for the chance meeting of a fellow guest we wouldn't have known how to gain entry into the hotel. As it was, we still had some difficulty in alerting staff to our arrival. No problem once we were in!

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub an der Mosel.

Die Lage ist super.Das Personal sehr nett.Parken kann man an der Mosel.Frühstück war gut.

Leuk midden in oude stad.
Pros:

De ligging pal in centrum én de tussenkomst voor de parking alsook de vriendelijkheid.

Cons:

Gewoon dat we om naar onze kamer te gaan wel een paar trappen moesten doen. De kamer zelf compenseerde dat wat.
