Hotel con posizione ottimale per chi viaggia da solo.
Pros:

La posizione dell’hotel è ottimale in quanto è in centro al paese e quindi ogni spostamento è agevole anche per le persone che scelgono di venire a Cervinia con la navetta e non hanno l’auto a disposizione.
Camera con vista montagne.
Ho apprezzato molto che l’albergatrice abbia messo a disposizione per la colazione una torta molto buona per chi ha particolari intolleranze a latte e uova.

Cons:

Avrei gradito una maggior attenzione nella pulizia della stanza.
Il primo giorno era stato dimenticato di svuotare il cestino del bagno utilizzato dagli ospiti precedenti.
Ho fatto anche notare all’albergatrice che all’interno della stanza c’era un forte odore di fumo misto a profumo, forse sigarette elettroniche o secondo il parere dell’albergatrice, utilizzato un profumo molto intenso dagli ospiti precedenti, che si era impregnato nei legni grezzi e nelle imbottiture della camera, che nonostante aver lasciato ogni giorno le finestre aperte, l’odore ha persistito per le 5 notti in cui ho alloggiato nella camera.
Su Booking avevo indicato stanza non fumatori (anche se penso che ormai per legge non si possa più fumare all’interno delle stanze, ma ci sono clienti non rispettosi che ancora lo fanno, danneggiando albergatore e futuri ospiti).
Avrei gradito, dopo la segnalazione all’albergatrice dell’odore persistente, un cambio camera ma non mi è mai stato proposto, ma solo se avessi voluto, mi avrebbero acceso un’incenso profumato per coprire l’odore precedente, alternativa incenso che ho rifiutato perché avrebbe solo peggiorato ulteriormente la situazione.
Ho dovuto anche chiedere il cambio asciugami alla sera del 4 giorno perché non era stato ancora eseguito, come da loro indicazione su un cartello sulla porta, dove era indicato che gli asciugami venivano sostituiti ogni 2/3 giorni.
Penso che una maggior attenzione ai dettagli l’hotel avrebbe evitato queste situazioni che hanno reso il mio soggiorno meno confortevole ma sono anche fiduciosa che l’albergatrice possa prendere in considerazione i suggerimenti, per migliorare per gli ospiti futuri.

scarsa empatia del personale, colazione migliorabile (mancavano croissant, torte di qualità bassa, la seconda mattina mancava il burro, mancanza di "salato"), polvere sui comodini.
