Fantastic staff, 1st class service, very comfortable.
Pros:

Modern, stylish architecture set a 20min walk (or 3 min drive) from the main village, VRetreats feels elegant and serene. Everything was immaculately clean and efficient. The breakfasts, staff and shuttle bus service are the stand-out winners for VRetreats.

Cons:

Our Standard room was much smaller than we had expected, verging on cramped, with little usable storage space. That’s fine, unless you’re there to ski and have suitcases and bulky clothing, which end up taking up floorspace and being draped over furniture.

Trevlig personal, fina rum, bra spa, god mat och bra service

Cons:

Tyvärr var flera ur personalen förkylda när vi kom och smittade mig så blev liggande med feber halva tiden. Tråkigt när man äntligen har semester att man betraktar gästerna med sådan nonchalans att man låter sjuk personal arbeta i bar och restaurant.

Pros:

Tutto lo staff ë molto preparato e gentile, sempre a disposizione del cliente con la massima cordialità.
La colazione è una delle migliori che io abbia potuto trovare nei tanti alberghi in cui ho soggiornato.

Cons:

Ci tengo a dire che mi è piaciuto veramente tutto; volendo dare un suggerimento, direi di aggiungere un piccolo kit spazzolino da denti con dentifricio. In bagno, troviamo tutto il necessario per l’igiene personale tranne appunto lo spazzolino da denti che trovo invece fondamentale.
Altro piccolo appunto: il costo di 40 euro al giorno per il cane, l’ho trovato eccessivo.

Ottima struttura e personale efficientissimo
Pros:

Molto pulita, ottimi servizi , personale numeroso, professionale e disponibile. Efficientissimo il servizio navetta

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto trovare sul conto del ristorante precaricato il 15% di servizio con il cameriere costretto a dirm che se volevo potevo annullarlo o ridurlo ma per policy veniva pre-caricato senza chiedere autorizzazione al cliente. Ciò crea evidente imbarazzo quindi più che una mancia volontaria del cliente diventa una tassa pretesa

Sul conto finale ci sono delle aggiunte (5% sul totale della stanza) che seppur indicate nella policy descrittiva dell’inserzione su Booking rendono la tariffa fuorviante
