Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel

Very nice hotel centrally placed in Watkins Glen, nice patio and restaurant and bar, with good food and drinks. Short walk to the little city with shops, bars and restaurants, ice cream etc.

1) большой номер, всё выглядит очень новым и в отличном состоянии. Заявлен как 3 звезды, но по оформлению похож на 4
2) нам была нудна микроволновка, которая не входит в состав номера. По щапросу принесли за 5 минут
3) большой бесплатный паркинг (правда, сам отель очень дорогой, еще не хватало за паркинг брать деньги)
4) очень продумано - на время завтрака на этажах ставят большие чайные станции - чай, кофе и разные добавки (так они стараются как-то компенсировать отсутствие включенных завтраков, завтрак только при заказе по меню... цены за порцию от 12-14 долларов).
Сами завтраки при заказе по меню вкусные.
Прикольная фишка, что заказ на завтрак в номер можно оставить с вечера.
5) наш номер, пока мы гуляли, приготовили ко сну... расстелили кровати, убрали миллион подушек. Было неожиданно и приятно )))
6) в самом номере есть утюг и гладильная доска. 2 халата для бассейна (уж и тапочки бы добавили, пол прохладный, их не хватает)
7) дети очень радовались бассейну
8) очень атмосферный отель, на терассах горят "костры" и так далее.
9) в 15 минутах пешком от отличного прогулочного парка (того самого, ради которого здесь останавливаются)
10) в ванной есть набор гигиенических принадлежностей, что очень удобно
11) при выезде я не нашел 1 из 2 карточек-ключей от номера, меня даже не стали напрягать поиском. Сказали, ничего не нужно, спасибо.
Было приятно, что всё нацелено на мои позитивные эмоции

Dette var mye bedre enn forventet, for et nydelig hotell og en flott plass. Skulle gjerne vært der mer enn en natt.

Hotel team was very nice and helpful - restaurant (Anne who helped us to celebrate birthday to our son), front desk, maintenance, bar
Rooms are comfortable, large, clean
Pool and Jacuzzi are nice

The hotel property is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the view is absolutely spectacular! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Its location is awesome, right at the harbor and just 0.7 miles from the main entrance of the Watkins Glen Park. The room was spacious with a balcony. You get a beautiful view of the lake in the morning. They have very good restaurants with a great breakfast menu, as well as a bar. They set up the coffee stations on every floor in the morning which we loved. The outside open seating is wonderful and the same doubles up as excellent evening relaxing area with the fire pits. Last but not the least, they have 2 Car chargers in the parking which helped us big time saving the efforts to drive to a charger. I left the car there overnight and it was ready to drive back home.

Loved everything about this hotel - the staff, rooms, and amenities were excellent. Everything was clean, family friendly, and an easy walk to cafés, restaurants, and the waterfalls. Would absolutely go again!

Sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ein unglaublich schöner Blick über den See beim Frühstück im hoteleigenen Restaurant. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur ein paar Schritte und man ist mitten in der Kleinstadt, die tolle Lokale hat. Absolut empfehlenswert!!

The location of hotel and bathroom set up were amazing.

Nice clean room, large and comfortable. But if you can, try to get harbor view. Village view isn’t really worth the cost.
