Alojamiento en una casa de 2 pisos, con ascensor, limpio en general y cómodo.
Sin aire acondicionado. Nos tocó una buhardilla y hacía mucho calor, menos mal que al menos habia un ventilador. El baño era enano, con un travesaño que te obligaba a agacharte para entrar en el baño, ya que estabamos en una buhardilla, justo bajo el tejado. Habitaciones muy pegadas la una a la otra y se oye todo del vecino. Zona complicada para aparcar, todo lleno de coches.
We were moved to another room after complaining due to being put in a filthy room which was not even a bedroom but a boarded up porch made into a mismatched room with broken furniture and a smelly bathroom ...
Room we were put in was nothing like the website, absolutely filthy, a makeshift room that was once a porch, all covered up with curtains, there was no daylight. If we lifted the curtains the entire estate could see into the room. There were kids toys all over the place in the lobby and outside, tripped over them on 2 occasions, no noise proofing whatsoever, could hear crying child and conversations as if in same room, floor was filthy, decor was awful, windows wide open I assume due to the stench of sewage. Its also in a housing estate, nowhere near a beach as stated. Really disappointed. We did get moved to another room after complaining, but lady was not happy and quite rude. Also hot tub, spa and pool were not available for use as advertised.
El trato del personal es muy bueno
No tiene nada cerca del hotel . No hay ni un bar a menos de 1 km . Para comer y cenar tienes que bajar al centro . Se dificulta bajar en coche porque hay poco parquin cerca . El hotel tiene un bar que no funciona . Si quieres agua fría Para beber no tienes donde comprar cerca . Las habitaciones no tienen nevera , pero ni en el lovi entrada se han preocupado por poner una comunitaria para congelar agua que traigas del centro de la ciudad

La señora que nos recibió majísima y super atenta .
La habitación muy pequeña , se oía todos los ruidos , tuberías etc ...
La ducha tenía moho en los azulejos un poco desagradable .
Mucha tranquilidad 🧘♀️
El agua de la pistina estaba muy fría fue una pena
