Gut geschlafen
Pros:

Alles war da was man braucht

Cons:

Es war alles irgendwie verlebt und tlw quasi Antik.
Auf Barzahlung oder nur EC Karten zu bestehen ist sehr schwierig...vorallem da es erst NACH der Buchung bekannt geben wird.

Im Bettelhaus werden wir nie wieder buchen.
Cons:

Wir hatten ursprünglich für 2 Übernachtungen reserviert. Aus privaten Gründen mussten wir unsere Buchung um 1 Nacht reduzieren. Deshalb setzten wir uns mit dem Hotelinhaber telefonisch in Verbindung. Er riet uns, die Buchung vom 31.08.2025 bei Booking.com zu stornieren und ihm unsere Stornierung per E-Mail mitzuteilen. Das haben wir gemacht. Als wir im Bettelhaus angekommen sind, behauptete der Hotelinhaber, dass wir ihn nicht informiert hätten und wir mussten beide Übernachtungen bezahlen. Gott sei Dank hatten wir kein Frühstück gebucht, sonst hätten wir das auch noch für beide Tage bezahlt.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im obersten Stock mit Balkon und herrliche Aussicht in die Rebberge.
Das Zimmer ist einfach und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber erfüllte seinen Zweck voll und ganz.
Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und wollten am Abend in der Ortschaft was essen. Das ging leider nicht. Wir mussten am Ende per Anhalter ins nahe gelegene Städtchen fahren.
Für Fahrradreisende ist die Lage daher etwas ungünstig.

Pros:

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen, gute Lage, schnell mit dem Auto im Zentum oder auch zu Fuß, sehr freundliche Inhaber und muss gestehen, dass ich noch nie in einem Hotel, so gut geschlafen habe. Werden sicher wiederkommen.

Für den Preis hat es schon gepasst.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war nicht schlecht, aber ich hätte doch eher Spiegeleier oder Rührei gehabt als hart gekochte "Ostereier" und der Preis ist schon happig

Cons:

der Eingang zum Hotel, geführt über eine Handynummer über Tresor, etc. Außerdem hat mir nicht gefallen das im Eingangs Bereich zu wenig Licht war und ich somit gestolpert bin

This hotel was very clean and well suited for our stay while attending the Wurst Festival at Bad Durkheim.
Pros:

Clean and a good location within walking distance of Bad Durkheim.

Cons:

Stairs and no staff at night.
