Cons:

Frühstück war sehr schlecht. Kein frischer Saft bzw Kaffee. Zimmerausstattung war auch dementsprechend.. nur teilweise gedämpftes Licht vorhanden, keine Hand- bzw Badetücher. Im Bad/WC war es aufgrund fehlendem Licht nicht möglich zu rasieren bzw. zu schminken. Die Preise für Getränke bzw Verpflegung waren unschlagbar teuer. Ein anderes Paar, welche Stammgäste waren, war aufgrund dieser Umständen das letzte Mal dort. In der Beschreibung war eine Sauna ersichtlich, obwohl die Verwaltung gesagt hat es gibt keine - Sauna gibt es in der Therme. (Sauna konnte am letzten Tag ausfindig gemacht werden am Dachboden..)
Es gab während des Aufenthalts mehrere Beschwerden von anderen Gästen. Das Bett war zudem unerträglich, eine Seite des Bettes war höher als die andere. Wir reisten anschließend früher ab, bezüglich eines Sterbefalls in der Familie. Die Verwaltung meinte nur wortwörtlich: der Onkel braucht uns eh nicht zum sterben.das geht sie nichts an.
Wir sind achwer enttäuscht, sowie mehrere andere Gäste auch!!

Beim Ankommen war die alte Chefin sehr unfreundlich.
Frühstück erst ab 9. Gebäck ist beim Aufschneiden zerfallen. Kaffee nicht genießbar. Nur billige Wurst und Käse, und kein Beilagen.
Nie wieder.

Die zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Ein ein Frau Betrieb, teilweise sehr unfreundlich.
Kein weiteres Personal.
Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen im Abfluss
waren noch Haare. Zum Frühstück aufgebackene Brötchen, abgelaufener Joghurt.
Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier insgesamt nicht.

Confusing messages from management
Pros:

The hotel is very conveniently located for golf vacationers and for visiting the Spa. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the restaurant is very good, if a bit expensive (E3.50 for a bottle of water). We found the management confusing - very generous at moments (lent me a gym bag and bathrobe for spa) and completely stingy at others (we stayed 3 nights in the most expensive room; they refused to extend checkout 2 hours to 2 p.m. 'unless we bought lunch in the restaurant.') The restaurant is closed on Wednesdays, and while the hotel remains open, there is no one present who can make a decision or help guests beyond very basic requests. Internet access password was not posted in room, and we never did find out what it was - which was ok, because there seemed not to be wifi on top floor where we were.
