Nhà mình đi xe 7 chỗ, vào hẻm rất dễ dàng. Hẻm rộng, anh lễ tân dễ thương, nhiệt tình.
Giá khá tốt so với các phòng khác ở BMT.

Cons:

Không có máy sấy tóc.
Ít ổ cắm, Không có ổ cắm sạc gần giường.
Nệm cứng.
Chắc KS để nhầm 2 chai dầu gội, ko có chai sữa tắm.

Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và hỗ trợ chu đáo. Theo trải nghiệm của tôi với vai trò là khách hàng, khi cần hỗ trợ, mình nên chủ động nói rõ nhu cầu cũng như thông tin lưu trú (ví dụ như đang ở phòng nào) để nhân viên dễ nắm bắt và hỗ trợ tốt hơn. Trong một số trường hợp, nhân viên không biết khách có đang lưu trú tại khách sạn hay không hoặc ở phòng nào nên dễ dẫn đến hiểu nhầm. Mong mọi người có cái nhìn khách quan hơn về các bạn nhân viên, vì các bạn rất dễ thương và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ.
