Lovely hotel with nice breakfast and friendly staff
Pros:

Nice small hotel with great breakfast and friendly staff. We were very happy with our stay there.
A tip for future guests: you can get a free pass for public transportation, including trains in the region, if you book a stay in a hotel in the region. That was a very nice perk.

Christmas stay in the mountains with warmth and kindness but without breaking the bank.

Wonderfully friendly and comfortable hotel, which welcomed us over Christmas. Genuinely kindly but no fuss.

Au centre de Château d’Oex
Pros:

Bon emplacement au centre de Château d’Oex.
Super petit déjeuner, copieux, complet excellent.
Le personnel et les propriétaires très gentil.

Cons:

Décoration qui date un peu et quelque peu étrange. Par exemple, un énorme frigo placé sur une table près de la fenêtre dans la chambre. Il semble d’ailleurs que ce soit une passion, car des frigos, il y en a partout qui trônent, dans toutes les salles. Mais sauf que ce n’est pas beau, ça ne gêne pas trop.
