Please note that the arrival procedure depends on the season. Guests will be contacted directly by e-mail (or by phone for last-minute bookings) to fill in the arrival form. You can either arrive on foot, by bicycle or on skis at any time and drop your luggage at a previously defined location. Alternatively, you can use the cable car (at an extra cost) ot use the hotel's shuttle service (between 18:00 and 22:00).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Magnifique endroit pour se réposer

L'endroit.

Cons:

Peu flexible en cas de maladie (pour notre fils qui n'était pas bien, p.ex. acun flexibilité pour nourriture hors carte).
La nourriture du soir m'a pas convenu (vomi juste aprés). Pas d'empathie mais que de soupçons de la part de la cuisine. Pas un geste de leur part. J'ai du payer tt le repas et il m'ont même pas offert une tisanne.

Die Lage ist wirklich aussergewöhnlich schön. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Essen im Restaurant ist geschmacklich ebenfalls sehr gut und das Personal grösstenteils freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Folgende Sachen haben uns gestört oder gefehlt:
- Bodylotion, hatte ich in jedem Hotel bis jetzt und gerade im Winter, wo die Luft sowieso sehr trocken ist, fehlt dies.
- Haar-/ Körperseife ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.
- Schneeschuhe müssen zusätzlich gemietet werden. Finde ich bei einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse unangemessen.
- Kein Schild bitte nicht stören vorhanden, während diesen drei Tagen ist zweimal Putzpersonal ins Zimmer gekommen während wir drin waren.
- Morgenbuffet fand ich zwar sehr gut, die Speisen waren sehr fein. Die Auswahl jedoch sehr mikrig, hatte noch kaum so wenig Auswahl in einem Hotel, da bieten oft 3 Sterne Hotel in x-fach tieferer Preisklasse viel die grössere Auswahl. Ich verstehe, dass man kein Foodwaste betreiben will. Aber Gipfeli finde ich ein Minimum. Auch Butter gabs nur auf Anfrage. Käse zwei Sorten und Fleisch nur Schinken. Am letzten Tag beim Morgenessen wurden wir nicht mal gefragt, ob wir ein Kaffee wollen, wir mussten die Mitarbeiterin darauf ansprechen, obwohl wir fast alleine waren.
- Abendessen extrem teuer. Das Fleisch kostet z.B. CHF 50.- dazu gibt es keine Beilage, diese muss separat bestellt werden. Die Auswahl an Menüs ist sehr klein, wenn man ein/zwei Tage dort ist, ist das in Ordnung, aber für längere Zeit finde ich diese Konzept nicht passend.
- Alles in allem wäre der Standort nicht so schön, wäre ich für den Preis enttäuscht von der Leistung

L’équipe de la réception sympathique et réactive la personne du petit déjeuner désagréable et très lente 20mn pour avoir des œufs alors qu’il y avait très peu de clients pour un 4* ça laisse à désirer
La vue exceptionnelle le matin a compenser ce manque de service.

Pros:

La vue grandiose, un emplacement au cœur des montagnes, le luxe de l établissement, le chambre spacieuse. Super transfert jusqu aux télécabines.

Cons:

Absence totale de produits d accueil dans la sdb pour un 5 étoiles (Coton démaquillant etc…), crème. Il manque un mini frigo dans les chambres et le room service du petit déjeuner pour cette catégorie d hôtel.
Aucun accompagnement n est prévu avec les viandes du restaurant.

Expérience idylique
Pros:

La localisation et le design font de cet hotel un lieu exceptionnel.
L'aménagement intérieur est top : épuré mais chaleureux et très confortable.
Les larges baies vitrées donnent l'impression d'être dans la nature.
Le service en 4×4 depuis la télécabine.

Cons:

Le buffet du petit-déjeuner, tout en étant varié et qualitatif propose certains mets un peu trop originaux et pas très gustatifs.
Sur un séjour prolongé, la carte du restaurant est un peu courte.
