Tuvimos muchos problemas con los baños en las 3 habitaciones que rentamos, el wifi era pésimo, había un gato que era algo agresivo y que por higiene no debería de estar ahí.

Herzliche kleine Anlage abseits des Trubels
Pros:

Sehr herzliche familiengeführte kleine Anlage. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Essen im Restaurant ist lecker. Zum Strand und zur Stadt kann man in 10-20 min laufen. (Für die Nacht empfiehlt sich eine Taschenlampe). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Die Armaturen im Bad sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles sauber. Uns hat es nicht gestört.

Pros:

Cool place with restaurant and pool. The food is good, the pool is clean and the rooms are big and nicely equipped.

Cons:

The location is really far and out of the way for everything. We spent more on taxis to move around than the savings we made by picking this hotel.

No water pressure. No real restaurant. Limited space for drying clothes. Need transportation for rhe center (but owner provides taxi service for 5 people)

Calm and pretty
Pros:

We really enjoyed staying at Villas del Carmen. The accomodation is not right in the centre of Holbox, but we could rent bicycles at the hotel and went everywhere with them (either the centre, of one of the closer beaches up north the island). You can also easily go to the centre on foot.
The room was nice and spacious enough for three adults, the pool area was pleasant to relax after the day, the hotel was calm so we could sleep well.

Cons:

Little space to put your personal items in the bathroom.

Pros:

This hotel is a litttle Gem. The pool is beautiful the hotel is family run and close to the restaurants and beach. It’s a nice walk or short taxi into the main town but nice to be away from the crowds too
