Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach, restaurants near by, 10 minutes walk to town center. The family room has a separate bedroom, both the main room as well as the separate bedroom have good air-conditioning. The property has a nice little pool.
Breakfast, although relatively simple, is provided from 0800, makes for an easy boost to start the day. If not to ones liking there are multiple options to have breakfast
within a 5-10 minute walk, at any budget.
The hotel is somewhat older and the rooms feel a bit tired. It's comfortable for sure, but some doors, paint, some cracks in ceiling, and bathroom tiling could do with an update.

Door was hard to close, lighting could be improved and had some small ants on counter... but overall the 2 nights I was there it really wasn't an issue
Oscar et son collègue (dont je n’ai malheureusement pas le nom) sont extrêmement sympathiques, toujours souriants et accueillants. Ils ont été très coopératifs et proactifs afin de rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible : ajout de casseroles et d’ustensiles pour cuisiner, aide pour organiser une excursion, disponibilité rapide lorsqu’on avait une question… on se sent réellement pris en charge et bienvenus.
Le site est petit, mais justement très charmant et convivial. La petite piscine est rafraîchissante et parfaite pour se détendre, avec des chaises inclinables "zéro gravité" (pas des chaises longues malheureusement) et parasols à disposition. La plage est à seulement quelques pas, et de nombreux restaurants, boutiques et supermarchés sont accessibles à pied, ce qui rend l’emplacement vraiment idéal.
Nous n’avons manqué de rien durant notre séjour. Il faut simplement avoir un esprit un peu “campeur” et être adaptable, ce qui fait aussi partie du charme de l’endroit. Pour nous, l’expérience a été très positive grâce à la gentillesse et à l’attention de l’équipe. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
Les rues sont en sable, ce qui peut avoir un certain charme et donner une ambiance un peu bohème, mais c’est malheureusement très poussiéreux par temps sec et rapidement bouetteux lorsqu’il pleut.
Contrairement à ce qui était indiqué concernant les déplacements principalement en voiturettes de golf, il y a en réalité énormément de VTT. Ils sont très bruyants et soulèvent beaucoup de poussière, ce qui enlève un peu au côté paisible que nous recherchions.
Au Arte Sano, le petit déjeuner inclus était appréciable en soi, mais il était strictement identique tous les matins, sans aucune variation : toujours les mêmes œufs brouillés et le même mélange type riz/légumes, accompagnés de toasts sèches, yogourt et céréales. Après plusieurs jours, cela devient assez répétitif.
La plage aurait été absolument fantastique sans la présence importante de sargasses durant notre séjour. C’est dommage, car le potentiel est vraiment magnifique.
Nous avons fait la marche jusqu’à Punta Mosquito, et c’est un incontournable — paysage superbe, ambiance paisible, ça vaut vraiment le détour.
En revanche, la tournée des trois îles en chaloupe à moteur ne nous a pas semblé très intéressante. Les infrastructures des miradors sont très désuètes et même un peu inquiétantes côté sécurité. Il faut être prudent si on décide d’y monter pour admirer les points de vue en hauteur.
Situé à 10 min à pied du centre d’Holbox, c’est un petit havre de paix sans nuisance sonore. L’allée et venue en ville se fait très facilement. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux. Il y a même une cafetière avec du café dans la chambre pour les lève tôt.
Il y avait une forte humidité dans la chambre, mais ça ne nous a pas plus dérangé
Zwembad heeft een fijne temperatuur, niet te koud. Vriendelijk personeel, koelkastje in de kamer aanwezig. Mooie accomodatie.
Een soort zeep aanwezig, ik zou liever shampoo hebben in de douche dan de handzeep die ook bij de wastafel staat.
Douche heeft een goede waterdruk en is lekker warm.
Location was in a quiet area and walkable everywhere. Enjoyed having a deck to sit on and extra room with a couch in the jr suite.
There were no supplies for cooking or reheating in the jr suite. There was a table, mini fridge, dishes and cups but no microwave or heating elements. Although breakfast was good, it was exactly the same every day.
This small , unique property ( adults only) is in a great location if you want to be close to the beach (about 1 minute walk down the sand road), far from the noise and music of some other areas. I loved that Sergio and Oscar took good care of us, our room was a decent size (we had a garden suite room with two beds), good water pressure and hot water in the shower. Breakfast was included so we didn’t have to go out looking for it and could eat and relax steps from our room. They had coffee, juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, cereal, eggs and vegan eggs, pancakes, break etc…sufficient. We didn’t use the plunge pool as the beach was so close, but it was cute.
For some reason our toilet tank didn’t always fill with water…we solved that by keeping a bucket of water next to the toilet in case we needed to add more. It wasn’t really a problem, just a slight inconvenience.
Loved this small intimate hotel with only 7 rooms! It had everything I needed! So great to have a huge water dispenser and a fridge! The gentleman on staff were wonderful! Thanks for a great stay!

L’isolation phonique n’est pas top et même si les voitures sont interdites sur l’île il y a beaucoup de quad et scoot et quand ils passent on a l’impression de les avoir dans la chambre
Petite odeur de remontée d’égout dans la salle de bain qui venait jusqu’à nous la nuit dans le lit car la porte n’est pas isolante. D’ailleurs il ne faut pas compter sur l’intimité aux toilettes avec cette porte 😂

Great small property! Only 7 rooms! Nice Vegan breakfast buffet. Property managers were great - always around and very helpful! Very close to town. Very quiet! 3 minutes to the Beach. Had a fridge which is bonus! Very comfy beds.
Could be refreshed a bit.
