L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour être au calme, proche de la plage et à 5 minutes du centre.
La chambre et la salle d’eau sont vraiment très vétustes, pas de rangements, le petit déjeuner est vraiment quelconque. Rien qui puisse justifier le prix.

Ich schicke wie immer vorweg, wir reisen recht viel und ich versuche meine Einschätzung sinnvoll in das für den Ort vorhandene Preis-Leistungs-Gefüge einzuordnen. ARTE Sano ist eine sehr angenehme saubere und gepflegte kleine Anlage mit einer guten Lage (für sich ruhig, das innerörtliche Leben ist aber in 5 bis 7 Minuten zu erreichen, der Strand ist 1 Minute entfernt).
Anders als in anderen Unterkünften wurden die Waschbären (niedliche Gesellen, aber eine echte Plage) ferngehalten. Alles prima sauber, jeden Morgen wird man gefragt, ob Zimmerservice gewünscht ist. Alle sehr freundlich.

Considérant le prix que nous avons payé, tout était très correct, rien de luxueux mais propre et confortable! Le principal attrait: la proximité de la plage! De plus, l'hôtel est situé juste assez loin du ''centre'' pour ne pas être importuné par le bruit mais juste assez près aussi pour accéder aux restos et boutiques à pieds!
Le bémol: le petit-déjeuner, correct, sans plus, manque de variété et de créativité! Les proprios (père et son fils) sont présents sur place et sont très discrets, pas très souriants ni avenants mais gentils!

Breakfast was very basic and it could be more diverse and tasty.
Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach, restaurants near by, 10 minutes walk to town center. The family room has a separate bedroom, both the main room as well as the separate bedroom have good air-conditioning. The property has a nice little pool.
Breakfast, although relatively simple, is provided from 0800, makes for an easy boost to start the day. If not to ones liking there are multiple options to have breakfast
within a 5-10 minute walk, at any budget.
The hotel is somewhat older and the rooms feel a bit tired. It's comfortable for sure, but some doors, paint, some cracks in ceiling, and bathroom tiling could do with an update.

Door was hard to close, lighting could be improved and had some small ants on counter... but overall the 2 nights I was there it really wasn't an issue
