Excelente local para se hospedar.
Pros:

Localização é execelente, praticamente no centro. Café da manha farto e delicioso. Os recepcionistas sempre atenciosos e proativos a ajudar.

Achei o aparelho de ar condicionado um pouco barulhento, mas nada que atrapalhou a noite de sono.

Hotel charmoso, com piscina e estacionamento, perto da Unesp
Pros:

O hotel é bem localizado, perto da Unesp e no comecinho da Avenida Brasil Norte (uma das principais). Fizemos tudo à pé, de lá. Os atendentes foram muito educados e prestativos, além de serem bem simpáticos. O café e chá de cortesia, na recepção, dão um toque a mais nas boas vindas!
