Bardzo piękne miejsce, w którym można spędzić miło czas. Pyszne i bardzo dobre śniadania,bardzo czyste i komfortowe pokoje, sprzątane codziennie, restauracja w hotelu. Dodatkowe atrakcje. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. W pokojach czekała na nas woda, kawa, herbatki, czajnik elektryczny, jednorazowe chusteczki do czyszczenia butów, były podstawowe środki do higieny (mydło, papier, żel, szampon) a przede wszystkim czysta pościel i ręczniki.

Cons:

Jedynym minusem była odległość od recepcji i miejsca noclegowe (dom zarządcy) co może być mylące przy rezerwowaniu w kwestii wyboru pokoju. Warto dopytać przed dłuższą wycieczka o której jest zamykana brama.

Wir waren im Schloss Lomnitz mehrfach zu Gast und lieben die Ruhe verbunden mit einer unauffälligen guten Organisation des Hotelablaufes. Positiv auch das zeitige Beziehen der Zimmer bereits 14.00 Uhr. Natürlich freuten wir uns über die nette Begrüßung unseres Hundes. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Ako milovníci ubytovania v historických budovách sme boli nadmieru spokojní, splnilo naše očakávanie do bodky. Raňajky boli výborné a výnimočné. Múzeum s multimediálnou prehliadkou bola na jednotku!

Очень красивый палац с уютным интерьером, вкусными завтраками и вежливым персоналом. В номерах тепло и чисто, есть чайник, вода в бутылках, чай и кофе. На территории прекрасный музей. Зал для завтраков невероятно атмосферный

Cons:

Парковка для отеля недостаточно большая и нужно было парковаться у ресторана, но это очень близко , поэтому не считаю это большим минусом.
Матрасы слишком мягкие, было не очень комфортно спать. И постельное белье было помятым
