Will definitely be back
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice, saying that, all the food was good. Superb haggis and, black pudding. Good selection of beers too

Pros:

Very friendly staff with good service and food. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Our room had a 'boutique' feel to it and was adequate for a one-night stay. The restaurant/bar was comfortably busy with a nice "buzz" to it. There was an event in the function suite in the floor below but the hotel had contacted us prior to this to let us know. As we were out for the evening it didn't matter to us but it was good to be forewarned.

Cons:

The room was cold on arrival as the radiator had been turned off but it warmed up eventually. There is no lift in the hotel and all the rooms are on the second floor which was a bit of a climb. Not good if you have mobility issues though.

Be prepared to wear a jumper in the bathroom and happy to climb three flights of stairs.
Pros:

ok, but cold

Cons:

There is no lift, 3 floors up are rooms. No heating in bathroom, freezing cold, could not shower.

Room 18 avoid as there was a pump,boiler noise all night long. Asked to move but was told no rooms left.

Would definitely recommend it was nice and convenient for our stay, and had everything we needed.
Pros:

We had a evenings meal in the restaurant the meals were very nice.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast was nice, but he hiot food wasn't very warm.

A nice place, nice food and nice staff. Not completely disabled friendly for residents.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble all you needed to do was ask.

Cons:

As a disabled customer accessing rooms on the second floor was via a chair lift for one floor only then a staircase. If this was clearly stated on booking I would have stayed elsewhere. Had I been a wheelchair user I would have been looking for an alternative.

The location and the quality regarding price is great
Breakfast included with large choice ! We could
Take anything we wanted

Cons:

We wanted to watch something on tv via Netflix but the internet weren't able to connect to the tv itself

But it's just a minor details

Pour un hôtel 4* pas d ascenseur
Pas de frigo dans la chambre
soit on a une chambre sans fenêtre avec clim
Soit avec fenêtre et pas de clim
