Very clean, quiet and comfortable
No lift and many stairs
Breakfast was very good though no muesli which is my favourite (but that's just me being fussy).
Room was clean and comfortable.
I found the shower hard to control and nearly scalded myself.

We loved the cleanliness of the place and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and included.
The room was very hot. They did locate a small fan for us which helped tremendously. It would be great to have every room with a fan. I don't know what we would have done if they couldn't have found one for us.
Nice scenic views from the room, nicely furnished room and hallways. Got good pubs serving downstairs and staff are friendly. The bathroom is exceptionally clean.

Room was very small, especially for the price. Bed was not terribly comfortable, there was no bed topper, and the linens were scratchy.
Solo hemos pasado una noche y la ubicación es ideal, está a 70 mts de la parada del bus para ir a Glasgow.
El desayuno muy completo. La decoración del hotel muy bonita.
Muchas cosas no nos han gustado.
El wifi en la habitación era inexistente, intentamos conectarnos y era imposible, salimos al pasillo y tampoco, finalmente desistimos y nos fuimos a dormir.
Nos avisaron que a las 23hs cerraban la puerta de entrada, si llegábamos después de esa hora teníamos que llamar o mandar un correo para que nos abran, pero como no tenemos habilitado para realizar llamadas en UK no era una opción y un correo nos dan miedo que no llegarán a verlo, así que volvimos a las 22:50 pero ya estaba cerrado. Nos pusimos a golpear la puerta de entrada hasta que finalmente alguien que justo pasaba y nos escuchó nos abrió la puerta, eso nos pareció muy malo.
No tienen ascensor, en nuestro caso y con el poco equipaje no había tanto problema pero no lo recomiendo para adultos ya que me encontré con dos personas mayores bajando todo por la escalera y les resultaba imposible, terminé ayudándolos a bajar todo su equipaje porque realmente no podían ellos solos.
