Чиста и уютна стая. Напълно достатъчно удобства - тераса с маса и столчета, телевизор, баня с тоалетна със сешоар, кошче за боклук, мини хладилник, гардероб с допълнителни възглавници и одеяла, бюро, огледало, стол, нощни шкафчета, лампи за четене . Налични всички консумативи и аксесоари - сапун, шампоан, тоалетна хартия, хавлии за баня и кърпи за ръце и лице. Локално парно - лира в банята и радиатор в стаята (през престоя ни на 1 Ноември работеха и беше доста топло).

Cons:

Няма човек, който да посрещне гостите на хотела (трябва да се обърнеш към сервитьор от ресторанта, който вика човек от кухнята и когато той е свободен излиза да те посрещне и да заведе до стаята). Доста тясно място между масите в ресторанта. Много шумно с доста несъобразителни викащи клиенти, на които не се прави забележка. Бавно, но вежливо обслужване. Част от храната беше добра, друга не - хубави зеленчуци, сирене и разядки в салата "Чучура", блудкаво воднисто и безвкусно кьопоолу, добър копривщенски бабек, лош копривщенски старец. Прилични цени в ресторанта, хубаво и разнообразно меню и като ястия и като питиета. Повреден поплавък на казанче на тоалетната - след като се напълни тече известно време (възможно е персонала да не е информиран, тъй като и ние в бързината при напускане пропуснахме го направим). Липса на паркинг на хотела - целия район е платена зона с работно време от 8:00ч. до 18:00ч. и цена 1.50лв. на час.

Pros:

Een authentiek hotel met vriendelijk personeel. We mochten zelfs kiezen welke kamer we wilden hebben. Kamers waren keurig schoon, bedden waren heel goed.
Parkeerruimte is ruim voldoende aanwezig. Het eten is zondermeer goed.

Cons:

Om een tien te krijgen zou het mooi zijn als er een keuze ontbijt is. Nu is er één ontbijt.
