Cons:

We wer kept waiting in the bar for an hour and half waiting for our room. We arrived at 2.30!!
Breakfast was limited on the food, you could have eggs etc for an additional 5 euros

An extremely great stay, the staff at reception, bar staff, dining room everybody was so welcoming, friendly and profess
Pros:

The property itself is very elegant, the rooms are very accommodating, comfortable , exceptional clean. The facilities are first class various restaurants in including a Michelin dining experience. The property and ambiance is second to none - Excellent.

Nous avons passé un séjour dans l’ensemble bof

mais ce sont des voleurs dans le sens où il propose une piscine quand elle arrivait, nous arrivons, elle n’est pas disponible les activités qui n’existe même pas tel que leur vélo qui est disponible un jour sur deux. Nous sommes rentrés dans la chambre, il y avait des traces partout vraiment très déçu et pourtant c’est une bonne ville, il devrait s’améliorer Par ailleurs nous avons voulu manger un des trois restaurant qui est disponible chez eux le gastro bon c’est un gastro donc je comprends qu’il n’y a pas de place du jour. Au lendemain, le restaurant de sushi n’était pas disponible, mais avec le choix que pour la brasserie qui n’est pas fameux.

A la vista de su manera de proceder -que incluye prácticas como no informar de unas obras en la entrada al alojamiento que perturban gravemente la ruta de acceso, o cancelar la reserva el mismo día con tan solo tres horas de antelación sobre la hora prevista de llegada-, me temo que su compromiso con la calidad del servicio no es más que papel mojado; y no lo digo por la "supuesta" inundación de la primera planta de la que me informaron avergonzados en recepción, ya que de agua y de fontaneros no había ni rastro. Lo que sí había era inundación de huéspedes, los salones llenos de otros clientes más afortunados y el aparcamiento casi completo, pero ni una sola furgoneta de reparaciones. Y nos informan que pueden alojarnos en un hotel de aeropuerto con el que tienen acuerdo, en nuestra última noche de estancia en el valle del Loira, qué gran colofón! ... y dicen que lo lamentan y que esperan vernos por allí de nuevo y que cancelan la reserva sin cargo, cosa que no entiendo, a no ser que se refieran a cargo de conciencia.

Bel endroit, bon restaurant, personnel avenant et chambre confortable

Cons:

Piscine pas encore ouverte malgré la météo magnifique.
Attention aux poutres casse têtes dans la chambre où nous étions.
