Pros:

Il posto era stupendo immerso nel bianco della neve. Stanze ristrutturate da poco, vedendo vecchie foto e staff gentilissimo. Ci ritornerò !

Da migliorare la prima colazione, per il resto bene.

La posizione della struttura, la cordialità e disponibilità della Sig.ra Michela alla reception, la pulizia della camera e del bagno.

Cons:

La prima colazione (che abbiamo fatto alle ore 9.00, quindi, entro l'orario indicato delle ore 10.00) ci ha letteralmente deluso. Il bancone del buffet era praticamente privo di pane, di torte, di succhi di frutta, di yogurt, ecc. Erano rimaste unicamente 2 briosches alla marmellata. Mai visto una cosa del genere, in nessun altro hotel dove abbiamo soggiornato in precedenti occasioni.

La stanza, proprio bella, rimessa a nuovo, luminosa, grande e silenziosa.
Bagno nuovo con una grande doccia.
Pulizia impeccabile e personale gentilissimo.

Cons:

Diversificare di più offerta per la colazione e sopratutto per la cena.

A very good experience
Pros:

I would rate it 8/10. The people next door were going at it and i didnt get a wink of sleep, the spider and his family in the corner of the shower really made the experience a solid 8/10. Its not a 10/10 as i was in my room and looked out the window at the ski slope, there was an elderly man with his trumpet out! Horrified but in the end i did record him and saved it for later.

Pros:

The hotel was loaded with flies, food was awful, beds had bare minimum and were dirty. Bathroom was filthy with flies and spiders in the shower and toilet was sticky. Worst week stay of my life. Would never recommend to anyone. Staff unpleasant

Pros:

A really bad hotel.. food was awful, wifi was poor, staff were poor!! No air-conditioning very poor for what we payed. Francisio and Elvis was the only good staff! Bedroom was okay but we only got cleaned towels once a week! Stayed in Febraury 2017

I went here and the place was complete dirt but there was some lovely bleedin hash there boys. there wasnt really anywhere to get a munch when your mashed but overall it was alright. i would go back but theres just too many sheep shaggers around

there was a shagging mouse running around the reception and the food was dirt , the poxy WiFi turned every 2 minutes and never was acctually on , kids were running in and out of room and what happens in the mugga , stays in the mugga

Not bad for the price
Pros:

Stayed there with our dog for a couple of nights. Staff were very friendly. The dinner was nice but breakfast wasn't so great. There are some good walks nearby with mushrooms everywhere, if you like that. The internet was poor but I didn't care. I'd stay there again.

Great food in a great setting
Pros:

Friendly staff, warm welcome and good food (also good-sized portions). Set in the woods at Passo Vezzena with ski lift just outside, it is the ideal place for a skiing holiday. Rooms are warm, carpeted, with wood lined ceilings. Competitive prices giving good value.
