Quite good.
Pros:

V.good location. Reception open 24 hours. OK, clean but small room with window. Nice bed. Hot shower. Cool A/C. There are cups and coffee/tea sachets. No electric kettle but hot water available. Lift in the building.

Cons:

Like everywhere in Malaysia hopeless TV. 1* from me. Would be nice to have a mini-bar, hair-dryer. Toiletries? Shower gel & toilet paper. Slow Wi-fi. 50RM refundable 'deposit'

Good luck sleeping if your room faces the road!
Pros:

Large comfortable rooms for families.

Cons:

Roadside rooms like ours were unbearably load! Constant sound of car noise and motorcycles late into the night and early morning.
