Jag hadde beställt rum med dubbelsäng och 1 våningssäng. Fick bara 1 säng. Dessutom fanns inte tillräckligt parkeringsplatser. 1 Hotell invid motorvägen borde ha fler platser tillgängliga.

Es hätte im Vorfeld kommuniziert werden sollen und zwar an prominter Stelle, dass Checkin 15 h bedeutet, dass bis dahin das Hotel nicht betretbar ist, keine Chance den Eingangsbereich zu betreten und beispielsweise die Koffer abzustellen. Man fragt sich wofür der Online Check notwendig ist, wenn man sich doch in die lange Reihe am Schalter (um 15h) einreihen muss, Daten kommen am Desk gar nicht an.Gut hingegen finde ich den späten Check out.

Aufenthalt angenehm ruhig, würde ich wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Anbindung ans Hotel ist sehr gut.
Von dort ist man auch direkt in Königswinter.
Für den Hunger zwischendurch wäre ein Mäces direkt nebenan. Parkplätze sind um das Hotel rum, ausreichend vorhanden.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz vor den Aussenzimmer dürfte ruhig zimmergebunden sein, so würde, wenn man schon das Ugrade bucht, die Parkplatzsuche entfallen.
