Excellent location with beautiful views of the lake and island. Right at the centre square of this charming village. Very friendly and helpful communication from front office/reception, though not all staff (in restaurant) as friendly.
Breakfast disappointing
Chambre et salle de bain spacieuse pour une suite avec vue sur lac. Hotel au bord de l'eau avec possibilité de se baigner à partir du ponton de l'hotel et se faire bronzer sur grande terrasse partagée. Très bon petit déjeuner et belle carte pour le diner. A proximité des embarcations pour effectuer les visites sur le lac.
l'arrivée jusqu'à l'hotel est un peu compliquée car non accessible en voiture (les rues de san Giulio sont pietonnes). Il faut déposer la voiture dans un parking à l'entrée de San Giulio et solliciter l'hotel avant votre arrivée pour qu'il vous indique dans quel parking vous garer. Prevoir une marche de 7/8 minutes pour arriver l'hotel mais quel bonheur une fois qu'on est sur place !!.

Very good location in the heart of orta,restaurants, shops, boat tours at your doorstep.Hotel is clean, quiet and served a very good buffet breakfast.Friendly cheerful staff.Will definitely stay again.

De ligging was ideaal mooi centrum en uitkijken op het eiland Isola San Julio.
Het ontbijt was buffet veel keuze maar je moet bijbetalen voor eitjes gekookte 3 euro andere keuze 6 euro dus zat niet in de prijs.

le parking trop loin et surtout aucune aide proposée par l'hôtel pour porter les bagages. Avoir plus de 85 ans et devoir porter ses valises, en montée, sur plus de 300 m est une épreuve !

de kamer was echt belachtlijk klein en het bed had uitstekende punten waar we ons steeds aan hebben gestoten.
