L’emplacement est très bien. Une des dames au bar n’est pas sympa du tout. L’eau du robinet doit être gratuite c’est ina

L’emplacement était bien

Cons:

Nous demander 6$ pour remplir les bouteilles d’eau avec je précise l’eau du robinet et juste inadmissible. Nous venions de rendre les clés et avons oublié de remplir les bouteilles. Comment peut-on faire payé 6$ pour de l’eau du robinet alors que nous venions de dormir dans l’hôtel. La dame m’a dit « si tu ne payes pas tu n’as pas d’eaux » De même pour les toilettes à 1$. Je n’est jamais vu ça. Aucune gentillesse.

Absolutely fantastic staff, room with a view
Pros:

wonderful hard working young ladies taking care of the best place to be! room had great view and was a good value. Parking quite handy, of course i was here in shoulder season.

A great place to stay in Lauterbrunnen if location and cleanliness is a priority!
Pros:

We loved the location, the access we received to the pub and the stunning views of the city.

Cons:

The downstairs pub can get pretty loud and smoky, but part of it when you book a hotel / pub. We had our own shower but sharing a bathroom was a bummer in the night.

Nice place in a great location!
Pros:

Room as described, comfy with basic amenities. Room and shared facilities were clean. Great location with parking, a few minutes walk to the waterfall.

Very clean and nice rooms on a beautiful location.
Pros:

Very hygienic toilets and room, nice food in the pub! Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Some night noise of the guests upstairs, which was still doable and alright :)

Localização não compensa a estadia.
Pros:

O único ponto favorável é a localização e estacionamento gratuito. Mas na balança não compensa!

Cons:

Para uma viagem em família com criança não recomendo.
1. Camas e travesseiros ( algo parecido com bolas de algodão) sem conforto.
2. Não tem vaso sanitário no quarto, é compartilhado o que faz ter falta de privacidade. ( na descrição diz que tem banheiro, e não deixa claro ser o box somente )
3. A cortina não tem blackout, na primeira hora do dia fica claro e muito quente ( fomos na primavera)
4. Limpeza muito ruim. Há uma pia e chuveiro no quarto, e havia no box um papel higiênico usado, provavelmente alguém que utilizou ele como vaso sanitário.
5. O chuveiro com problema de estabilização com direção para a parede do box.
6. Oscilação de temperatura a cada descarga.. minha filha de 5 anos se queimou.
7. Não tem serviço de limpeza diária.
8. A compra.foi para 03 pessoas, porém havia apenas 2 camas arrumadas.
9. Localização acima de um pub no qual se houve todo barulho até as 23h
10. Não há isolamento acustico.. ouvimos pessoas roncando e com intimidades.
11. Muita poeira. Jogamos tufos de poeira no lixo.
