Pros:

Расположение конечно невероятное, но это единственный плюс этого отеля.
Мы были одну ночь, к счастью, фото выглядели достаточно хорошо, я понимала, что по меркам того места отель недорогой и рассчитывала, что он будет скромным. Но реалии совершенно не соответствует фото. О завтраках я просто промолчу, к счастью мы решили проверить, что подают, прежде чем его оплатить.

The waiter who just started there. The windows and view in the room. Twin beds.

Cons:

No elevator. No AC. Reception desk not manned - check in at bar. Staff were not very welcoming. My message through Booking com requesting early check in was never answered. We arrived and the person just quickly dismissed us to come back after 4pm. When we returned to check in and retrieve our luggage a man sitting in the room where we were told to store our luggage was abrupt. Room door was hard to open and lock so you can't get out quickly in an emergency. Not the cleanest room. Moved the beds apart and the floor was dirty.

Beliggenhed var super godt, hyggeligt værelse

Cons:

Værelset blev ikke gjort rent i løbet af 5 dage under vores ophold, kun badeværelse. Der var kun lidt shampoo/sæbe i brusebadet, da vi ankom og den var slet ikke påfyldt under opholdet

Great location, decent accommodation
Pros:

Great location and good sized family room. Even though the hotel didn’t have AC, it was cool in the valley in the evenings and having the windows open meant we weren’t too hot to sleep

Cons:

The bathroom is snug - fine for us but could be problematic for some. Similar for balcony - would be fine for 2 people, but not 4

Tökéletes helyen van, de érthetetlen miért vernek át a szobák minőségével.

Az elhelyeszkedés tökéletes

Cons:

Sajnos a hotel szép új, felújított szoba képeket mutat, de a valóságban nagyon megkopott, régies szinte az összes szoba. Foglaláskor a szobákról nem is lehet képet látni. Csak a hotelról kívülről.

Poor service. The room is not clean and the personnel ais rude.
Pros:

The location is great close to the train station. The view of Staubbach waterfall is amazing. Our bed has a balcony with a stunning view.

Cons:

We stayed here for 4 nights. We were informed upon checking in that there will be cleaning every second day. The floor was actually dirty our feet were all black. However, they didn't bother to clean at all. They just get into our room and give us fresh towels. The bed is uncomfortable and it’s not stable.
We asked if they had an umbrella to borrow since it was raining the lady told us they don't have and we should buy one ourselves. I find it a little rude. The building is pretty ancient. It requires a refurbishment.
