Abgewracktes Hotel.

Die Lage ist super.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist runtergewirtschaftet. Abflüsse riechen extrem, Innenbelüftung Bad defekt, Schimmel im Bad,Vorhang auf Halbmast, allgemeiner Zustand desolat. Matraze runtergekracht.

Great location to the trains, cable car station.
Pros:

The location of the hotel for a 1 night stay was perfect, close to the train station and easily walkable to any shops / restaurants. The room was very quiet and comfortable

The staff was friendly. Our room was nice, and it had a balcony. It was very quiet surprisingly since our room was over the bar.

Cons:

Nothing to be honest. Just note that it is not the most glamorous room but it was clean and quiet.

Too expensive. Very dissapointing from the day i check in
Pros:

Close to staubbach falls.

Cons:

When we check in, around 7pm no one is in the building and they just left the key in the front. Their sink is clog and the toilet was not flush when i open the toilet.

Pros:

The 4 person room was perfect for my family. The room was recently renovated and clean.

Cons:

I tried to book the same room for the next night and the staff was not able to rebook me, only through the booking.com website, which caused some confusion and we had to move rooms the following night. We still enjoyed our stay.
