Pros:

Дуже хороше розташування. Заселення відбулося о 12.00 без ніяких проблем. Є парковка та ресторан.

I'm not sure if I will recommend this place to anyone.

The location only.

Cons:

The staff were very unhelpful as we came for the first time to Switzerland for a visit and we informed them that we the flight which was supposed to come to Switzerland in the afternoon, so that we will get late as we had to take the next available flight. I texted the staff to inform this and asked if we can check-in at any time. They said okay but when we came to the property around 2am they didn't answer calls and there was no checking information provided. They just kept the key in an envelope in the hotel reception which was also not easy to find because they have a restaurant and the hotel entrance is in the other side and we have to go through stairs to get inside.
At 2am there was no enough lighting and since it was our first time we went through a lot of unexpected difficulties.
They only provided us coffee and sugar for one day and when I requested for more, they said it can't be provided.

I asked them if they can give a bowl and some cutlery. They didn't even do that. The restaurant downstairs was closed for the whole time we were there but one time we saw someone there and managed to get 2 folks from them.

There was a big communication difficulty due to the language barrier.

Pros:

Localization is great with beautifull view of waterfall, close to train station and local stores, restaurants. Room is big. Kettle and hairdrier available in the room.

Cons:

Materassess not verry comfortable. There is a stream outside the window, so if you are light sleeper it may be disturbing as you can hear it.

An enjoyable getaway in a beautiful location
Pros:

Check-in was quick and easy. The bedrooms were neat. The beds were very comfortable. The shower and bath were good, and the water pressure was good. The location was excellent, close to the station. Parking was included, and the price of the stay was affordable.

Cons:

The hotel was advertised as having a restaurant. The restaurant was not open. The advert also said that there was a lounge/common room area, which was not available to use. The metal staircase leading up to the front door was dangerous because two of the steps were not securely attached and made descending the stairs unsafe. The staff were not available to speak to at the location.

Pros:

An excellent, affordable hotel right by the waterfall — it’s very pleasant to fall asleep to the steady sound of the water. The room smelled wonderful!

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t served, even though it’s listed on Booking. That’s something to keep in mind during the off-season

Abgewracktes Hotel.

Die Lage ist super.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist runtergewirtschaftet. Abflüsse riechen extrem, Innenbelüftung Bad defekt, Schimmel im Bad,Vorhang auf Halbmast, allgemeiner Zustand desolat. Matraze runtergekracht.

Great location to the trains, cable car station.
Pros:

The location of the hotel for a 1 night stay was perfect, close to the train station and easily walkable to any shops / restaurants. The room was very quiet and comfortable

The staff was friendly. Our room was nice, and it had a balcony. It was very quiet surprisingly since our room was over the bar.
