Estadia confortável, com atendimento muito atencioso.
Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom, com muitos itens à disposição. Pessoal muito cordial e atencioso. Estacionamento bom e boas instalações.

Muito ruim, não recomendo

A 1ª vez que fiquei aqui não tive problemas. Dessa vez não posso dizer o mesmo.

Cons:

Não recomendo chegarem com o carro após 22:00 no hotel, pois a recepção fica com apenas 1 pessoa e essa pessoa também é o manobrista. Fiquei aguardando que nem besta no portão buzinando para abrirem, me senti lesionada e com medo porque a porta do hotel estava aberta e qualquer um poderia entrar e seguir para os quartos. Tive que apelar e eu mesma pegar o controle do portão da garagem e abrir, encontrando o manobrista guardando os carros (estacionamento não tem vagas para todos os quartos), uma bagunça nas vagas. E ainda depois tive que ficar ouvindo "ameaças" de que fiz errado e não deveria ter aberto o portão, é mole?! O hotel desprotegido para eles tudo bem então?
O ar condicionado parou de gelar no meio da noite e;
O café da manhã é muito limitado, às 09:30 não tem mais nada e quando repõe colocam uma porção muito pequena, coisa de 3 unidades para pão de forma por exemplo.
Perderam um cliente, prefiro pagar mais caro em outro lugar do que ter essa sensação de insegurança e ainda ter que ficar ouvindo merda.

achei caro pela experiência total.
Pros:

café da manhã, limpeza.

Cons:

A luz (a lâmpada) do quarto não apaga totalmente - então o quarto ficou claro a noite toda.
Estacionamento lotado, aí vai pra outro estacionamento e acaba a praticidade de pegar algo no carro com rapidez.
De manhã o chuveiro demora a esquentar.
