The personal, don’t speak much english and food at Roof top bar was not good, the drink was Okay But bite price’y. And much weed smell on my flor and people snoke weed at roof top! The bar did not fo anything with it!

Never again, Booking.com need to review places to ensure they are at the standard they say
Pros:

Location was not too bad but outside to the rear of the property where are room was, there is a big Ninja BBQ and a school with a lot of land full of dogs. They howled through the night which you can hear fully even with the doors closed. The whole of the lobby is tired and dirty with broken furniture and the toilets in the lobby were not cleaned for days. The pool next to the lobby was dirty and was not cleaned are entire stay.

Cons:

Everything. It’s was not like in the photos which have either been enhanced or taken when the property was new, there not current and how this place is a five star is beyond me. The breakfast was disgusting, cold eggs and soup with rice is about the best on offer with a bit of toast.

Cons:

Leider war das Hotel insgesamt eher schmutzig. Auf den Stockwerken standen Aschenbecher und es wurde dort geraucht, was unangenehm war. Mein Zimmer ließ sich zudem nicht richtig abdunkeln. Das Personal war zwar sehr freundlich, aber insgesamt hat mich das Hotel nicht überzeugt. Ich war schon in schlechteren Hotels, aber dieses hat mir leider auch nicht wirklich gefallen.

Cons:

The bathroom plumbing is terrible. Sink fills up and smells of stagnant water.the shower pressure is so weak I can pee with more.
Hotel generally dirty especially the front seating area. .
Sky bar . Pool was filthy dirty with what seemed to be paper in the water. The staff were so inefficient I was gobsmacked.
Alot of what ive ordered was not in stock.
No tv channel for westerners.
Generally very poor standards all around. The breakfast offering is just a joke .on par with aeroplane food.
