Staff at the counter were nice
I have stayed in hotels all around the world and this hotel is definitely NOT a five star hotel as rated on booking.com??? Was moved to three rooms because. No hot water in all three rooms and was told this was normal, all three rooms the tv had a very bad picture like a snow storm. One room the front door would not lock and was able to open even when deadlocked from the inside? Walls were dirty, bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable, toilets were very old and dirty, vanity was cracked, blinds broken and very noisy all night with doors banging loudly. It was such a bad experience I was thinking to go and sleep in my car! Breakfast was very poor, cold eggs and only three other choices that didn't tast good, coffee was good because I didn't get any sleep. Please change the star rating to two stars? Not happy 😒

the wifi worked well and the bed was half comfy
location was not great.breakfast had the option of rice stewed vegetables toast fried egg and jam juice and coffee. hotel was meant to have a continental breakfast. described as 5 star hotel very far from that very disopointing end to my 7 week trip. as i was looking for some luxury after traveling. this was the 4th hotel i stayed in the dearest and the worst with dealing with 24 hour construction on the roof. i know not to book this hotel again
The room smell no good, it's not problem a cliining, problem is come becose if smile of mold.
Inside the room, the lighting was bad,the towels were old and stiff.The corridors smelled like smoke.bathrrom is unpleasant.

Pour un 5 étoiles, c’était vraiment pas à la hauteur. L’établissement est vieux. La Clim coule dans la chambre. La piscine était remplie d’insectes. Les meubles dans la chambre cassés et pas propres.
Very affordable and very clean accomodation. Its very near from the beaches. The cleaning staff never fails to clean our room everyday
