This could be a wonderful property but all the above need to be attended to for us to be able to recommend it.
Pros:

The view is wonderful. The outdoor kitchen overlooking the bay. The king bed is comfortable. The bathroom is well equipped. The Maid service was good.

Cons:

There is something misleading about this booking! It is actually Villa Armonia and is located 20 minutes further from PV than shown on the map. There was construction going on the whole time - jackhammers, saws, hammering as a level is being built below the suite. The kitchen is sadly equipped. Not even a frying pan, no serving bowls or utensils, only two plates and cubes, no kettle - and lots of ants on the counter that need to be addressed with Raid! The supersize huge pillows make it impossible to sleep on comfortably.

Pros:

The property itself is stunning, imagine yourself in a modern palace by the sea!

Cons:

Location on booking.com shows the property being much closer to Puerto Vallarta. That said being further away meant a quieter experience.

If you’re looking for a over the top villa, perched on the side of a cliff overlooking the ocean, this is a spot for you
Pros:

The property is actually a 20,000 square-foot home that is usually rented out to large groups. We stayed in the master bedroom upstairs and it was spectacular! There was only one other couple staying in the house and we only saw them briefly. Otherwise we had the whole house to ourselves and the architecture while a little dated was stunning
