The hotel room smelt as carpeted. Everything old, the pool long walk away in another hotel.
Bed was firm, which is what I prefer.

Comfortable rooms in a large old hotel.
Was obviously once the best place in town but now showing signs of its age. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was good for us. Ample parking. Price was fair at 900 baht per room .
The included breakfast was standard Thai hotel offering , ( don't expect bacon )which would be fine , but when I asked where the fruit juice was I was told it would be an extra 70 baht.
Quiet, centrally located within walking distance of local shopping area & bus station. Friendly helpful staff with a nice swimming pool and gym. Breakfast very good.

The breakfast was good with something for everybody. Restaurant staff were very good same as reception. It looked like some updates had been made concerning modern door locks etc and we received complementary fruit and biscuits. Overall a little old fashioned but this led to its appeal.
Swimming pool needs a lot of attention and renovation, but adequate chairs and tables. The staff member at the pool was helpful. I saw the exercise equipment but never used it.
Very comfortable room! Need instructions on how to use coffee machine but worked it out
Asian style breakfast, but coffee, toast, fried eggs available.
Beds are a little hard, but others good in rooms.
