All went smoothly. Appraoch Road was blocked due to restration after rain.

Pros:

We have booked hotel for 2 rooms from 12th October to 14th October. The location is good bear lake and the staff is good.

Cons:

We paid ₹2,600 per room, but the actual condition of the rooms was completely different from what was advertised on Booking.com.

The rooms were small, uncomfortable, and poorly maintained. The floors and desks were dirty, and the walls had visible patches and stains. Overall, the rooms were not worth the price we paid.

When I raised these concerns with the property owner, his response was extremely disappointing. He simply said, “At this price, this is the kind of room you can expect.” This is unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and concern for guests.

I strongly request Booking.com to verify the actual condition and quality of properties before allowing them to advertise on the platform. Customers book rooms based on the photos and descriptions provided, and such misleading advertisements damage customer trust.

This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property to others.

Room given to us was smelling bad. Alternate room was unclean. Handles of door,toilet,were broken.many issues of matainace were not solved Food was ordinery. Breakfast was ordinery.. The price we paid was 30percent more than offered to walkin costomers.
Overall except location nothing could be appreciated.
