Pros:

We highly appreciated the traditional family hotel, out of commercional turistic centre. It is located in middle of nature under the Marmolada peak. Homemade italian food was just amazing.

Imbattibile per rapporto qualità-prezzo!
Pros:

Ottimo Hotel per servizio, location e soprattutto per il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliamo questo Hotel ai piedi della Marmolada, camere grandi con balcone vista montagne. Il nostro bagno non era finestrato ma altre stanze avevano bagno con finestra. Pulizie giornaliere con cambio asciugamani. Una sala giochi molto ampia con un tavolo da ping-pong e racchette+palline disponibili per gli ospiti, oltre che un calcio balilla anch'esso sempre disponibile senza gettoni. La sala giochi disponeva anche di un'area TV con schermo gigante e poltroncine, noi non l'abbiamo utilizzata ma era davvero interessante. Piscina e sauna disponibili con servizio asciugamani gratuito. Per quanto riguarda la cucina, ottime colazioni e cene, con servizio a buffet mattina e sera. Davvero nulla da eccepire per una vacanza all'insegna del divertimento e del relax. Hotel super consigliato, credeteci!

Moquette in camera, ma in ordine e pulita. Questo unico difetto è stato abbondantemente compensato dai servizi offerti e dalla disponibilità dei gestori.

We have been there before and didn’t have any problem. This time The heating was not working.
We address the matter to the reception. They said they would solve it but Nothing happened so we stayed just the 2 out of the 7 nights we booked!

Cons:

We had problems with the heating. The hotel's heating is generally poor, it doesn't work all day and turns off early in the evening.

Pros:

Room123. Good breakfast and dinner okay, lift, good free parking, close to Marmolada gondola (100m), free shuttle to chair lift by the hotel owner, few shops, ski service and ski rental 200m at the other hotel, ski service warm room, ski boots drying racks, good size room with balcony, good mattresses (but two single mattresses on double bed are going apart:-/), daily cleaning.

Cons:

Oh, no hot water. Warm water (around 45C) from 6pm more less, luke warm water in the morning.
Radiators are hot at around 7am for one hour and sometimes in the evening but room stays quite warm. Temperature outside was -3C in the evening and +9C in the day. Pool (we haven’t used) is closed on Saturdays for service. Step, narrow outside stairs from the terrace to the ski room (basement). Unfinished balcony floor. Gurgling in the toilet when someone is flushing the toilet in the room above. Room 123.
