Pros:

Spa-ul super ok,mâncarea foarte bună,servirea ireproșabilă,camera curată,baia ok.

Cons:

Am primit cameră cu vedere la ,,zid,,deși am rezervat camera cu vedere la munte și a trebuit să plătim diferența.
Micul dejun era inclus pe booking și la cazare surpriză,nu mai era.

Hotelul și zona spa sunt foarte curate.
Personalul de la restaurant este foarte amabil.
Mancarea oferita in restaurant este buna.

Cons:

Piscina e subdimensionata fata de capacitatea hotelului. Nu sunt suficiente sezlonguri. 5 familii ne-am pus prosoapele pe jos, deoarece nu era loc.
Desi am avut cazare 2 nopti, curatenia in camera nu s-a efectuat a 2-a zi, nu am primit gel de dus si prosoape pentru ziua 2. Am incercat sa sun la receptie de pe telefonul din camera, dar numerele salvate nu functioneaza (si nu puteam cobori in costum de baie ud la receptie...). Sa nu uitam ca e hotel de 4 stele.
ATENTIE! Pe booking, inainte de a efectua rezervarea, apare ca micul dejun este inclus in toate optiunile. Dar dupa ce efectuezi rezervarea, acesta nu mai este inclus.

Pros:

locatie excelenta, staff super ok, totul este nou si bine intretinut, parcare proprie la indemana, totul curat, restaurantul excelent cu multiple alegeri si preturi la indemana, partea de spa super dotata, un jacuzzi si o sauna dupa ski sunt numa bune, izolatie fonica buna, dotarile la baie si in camera exceptionale, partea de climatizare/incalzire noua si integrata.

Cons:

nu am nimic de mentionat aici, totul a fost la superlativ.

Este frumos locul și unde este poziționat hotelul

Cons:

Nu au mic dejun inclus in preț, nu au room service,daca consumi in hotel trebuie tot timpul sa plătești, nu au posibilitatea sa treci consumație pe cameră. După părerea mea nu merita 4 stele
