Tudo maravilhoso! O atendimento de TODOS os funcionários foi excepcional, mas deixo um registro especial sobre: Fagner, Paula, Aline, Bruno, Fábia e Amanda, bem como a recepção extremamente educada e disponível. O hotel é muito confortável, espaçoso, a vista é incrível, tudo extremamente limpo e bem planejado. O restaurante é impecável, tanto o café da manhã, como as refeições disponíveis. Um verdadeiro oásis! Sem dúvida, superou as nossas expectativas.

Tudo! Extremamente organizada, limpa, aconchegante. Funcionários muito educados e solicitos. Ressalto o funcionário Bruno e as funcionárias Zu e Paula. Drinks deliciosos e tudo da cozinha era muito saboroso (entradas, prato principal e sobremesas).

The absolute gem
Pros:

The absolute gem! This place is so beautiful and clean. Beautiful design in the nature with amazingly maintained garden and mini forest. Rooms are very modern and clean, everything is quiet and our room was looking on the beach so we could hear waves which was amazing. It was so relaxing and recharging to spend part of our vacation in this place. Stuff is so kind and helpful. Thank you for making our stay one of the best ones on this trip!

Confortável mas não achei clara a descrição dos quartos no site, eles tem quartos sem janela com varanda compartilhada parecendo um hostel ao invés do um hotel. Isso é completa incompatível com o preço cobrado da diária

Pros:

Até agora a melhor estadia que fiquei em São Sebastião. Hotel super aconchegante, confortável, ideal para casais que desejam tempo off com a natureza. Café da manhã incrível. Comidinhas e bebidas do restaurante são espetaculares. Piscina, pier e vista pro mar são fantástica. Atendimento excelente.

Café da manhã maravilhoso , ótimo atendimento, no jantar pedi uma moqueca de camarão com peixe e me surpreendi. A vista é espetacular , certamente é um lugar para quem quer descansar. Na janela do banheiro e na porta da varanda do quarto tem tela anti inseto.

Cons:

Banheiro pequeno. Quando toma banho, molha o banheiro porque não tem box.
