Buen apartamento para estancia corta
Pros:

Estuvimos alojados 2 noches en el apartamento, que está ubicado fuera del edificio principal. Es cómodo y limpio, descansamos muy bien y tiene buenas vistas.

Está bien ubicado y tienes varios bares cerca para desayunar o cenar si se necesita.

Cons:

La ducha del baño no tenía agua caliente, era templada y tirando a fría. Solo la llave de agua caliente funciona y digamos que no hace honor a su nombre.

En la cocina, el menaje es escaso y el que hay está bastante usado, aunque apenas lo utilizamos.

Buenas instalaciones, pero servicio deficiente. No atendieron nuestra petición sobre la habitación y, lo que es peor, el personal mostró una falta total de empatía dándonos información falsa sobre los ruidos del exterior. Un edificio bonito no sirve de nada sin un trato humano mínimo."

La ubicación muy buena por las vistas

Cons:

Tuvimos la mala suerte de coincidir con el desbordamiento del rio Duero por las crecidas. No tuvimos posibilidades de aparcar el coche en el terreno del hotel y la zona es complicada. Además se inundaron los bajos del edificio y dejó de funcionar la calefacción y el agua caliente en el baño. No se nos ofreció ninguna alternativa y nadie informó de los problemas de calefacción, tuvimos que suponerlos por la situación general. Ahí falló la comunicación con los clientes.

Pros:

Stanze moderne in un edificio antico in riva al Duero. Ambiente pulito, tranquillo, con terrazzino sul fiume. Nei dintorni ci sono caffè e ristoranti.
La struttura non offre la colazione. C'è una macchina del caffè e un distributore di snack e bevande.

Estupendo!
Pros:

El cambio d habitación a una calidad superior por amabilidad y posibilidad de la anfitriona, a mismo precio.

Cons:

Un problema d ruido d cisterna, tardaba unos 15/20 mits en cargar por paso estrecho o por pérdida constante, algo con solución fácil pero muy molesto.

У нас оказался номер , под окном которого проходила дорога, по которой всю ночь ездил транспорт, спать невозможно было даже с берушами!
Уточняйте при бронировании куда выходят окна, если на дорогу, то спать вы не сможете.
Второе: уже несколько дней стояла высокая температура на улице, а кондиционер в гостинице был настроен только на обогрев и управлялся централизованно .Персонал порекомендовал открыть окно в которое светило солнце, перенастроить систему на автомат или охлаждение они не захотели или не смогли.
В итоге было очень шумно и очень душно , мы не смогли отдохнуть

Hotel còmode, cèntric

Cons:

Era la segona estada a aquest hotel, la primera vegada vam tenir una habitació amplia, cuidada i barata. Aquesta segona estada vam trobar l'hotel una mica descuidat, la tarja d'entrar a l'habitació fallava, l'habitació molt petita i amb vistes a la carretera, les flors dels balcons seques.
