Pros:

Гостиница очень понравилась, асе аккуратно и ухожено. Расположена в поле - видимо близко к источнику, что радует.
Комната большая и очень удобная, тепло и есть все необходимое. Кипятильник и кофе машина, вода, удобная постель, халаты тонкие, но белоснежные. Спа центр не самый суперский, но приятный, все есть- сауна, паровая баня и снег, имеется инфракрасная сауна, кому необходимо прогреть мышцы-вам сюда.
На улице, через дорогу есть тёплый бассейн с термальной водлй- мы там зависали в одиночестве. Просто восторг!! Обязательно и неоднократно вернусь! Хочу выразить благодарность уборщицам и всему персоналу- вы профессионалы, добрые люди!

Cons:

Немного странно отсутствие шведского стола на завтраке, но честно говоря официант все принёс что было нужно и даже больше. Мы приезжали в середине недели и было мало гостей, может поэтому? Не то что мне это не понравилось, просто непривычно.
Обедали и ужинали в ресторане. Обмоуживание неплохое, но блюда на мой вкус-и как и везде в Болгарии- безвкусные, цены при этом европейские.

Pros:

Чудесен хотел. Надмина очакванията ни. Изключително чисто. Просторни стаи. Освен, че бяха подготвили диван за децата, върху него имаш поставен цял матрак, за тяхно удобство. Спа центъра е чудесен. Поддържан и удобен. Ресторанта сервира прекрасна храна. Всичко, което опитахме беше много вкусно, а цените доста разумни. Закуската беше много богата и добре подбрана. Хотела заслужава отново да го посетим.

Закуската е задоволителна, нищо повече.

Cons:

Пише, че стаята има балкон, но нямаше в тази, в която ни настаниха. Персоналът не е особено любезен. Трудно се намира мястото на хотела, няма указателни табели.
