3 great days of a lovely location/hotel
Pros:

lovely welcome and help during our stay a non Bulgarian speakers. Location and view was ideal.
The lady made some home made items for breakfast.

Cons:

although warned a lift would have been nice but that's not possible.

Pros:

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας! Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Το πρωινό ήταν πραγματικά καλό. Η κράτηση έγινε για δύο δωμάτια . Το ένα στο ισόγειο ήταν αρκετά μικρό ενώ το άλλο στον τρίτο άνετο , φωτεινό και με θέα το κάστρο . Καθαρά και τα δύο . Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό !

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Το πρωινό ήταν πραγματικά πολύ καλό, με μεγάλη ποικιλία και ποιοτικά προϊόντα. Σε σχέση με την τιμή του, προσφέρει πραγματικά καλή ποιότητα και σίγουρα αξίζει τα χρήματά του. Θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά!

Meraviglioso!
Pros:

Un albergo a conduzione familiare in posizione magnifica per la stupenda Veliko Tarnovo: accoglienza, charme, camera, colazione... tutto perfetto! Abbiamo anche molto apprezzato la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto proprio di fronte all'hotel in uno spazio che ci è stato riservato

The location and the rooftop terrace were very nice. Also the room was quite large.

Cons:

There was an unpleasant smell in the breakfast hall. Also, the breakfast could have more charcuterie and cheese options and less deserts. Otherwise, the breakfast was good.
