Любезен персонал, красива гледка от стаята, удобно легло, добра комуникация във връзка с настаняването. Възможност за паркиране срещу допълнително заплащане, ако пристигате с кола. Достъп до тераса на покрива, която има красива гледка.

A comfortable boutique hotel with the best location and the best view.
Pros:

Both rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathroom is not too spacious and not too small. Breakfast was nice. We wake up to the amazing view of Tsarevets Fortress. Location is walking distance to everywhere.

Зручна постіль, хороша шумоізоляція - дуже тихо, вид з вікна неймовірний також поряд готелю красива мальовнича місцевість, куди не піди скрізь краса. Просторий номер і ванна кімната, ідеальна чистота. Смачний сніданок типу шведській стіл, дуже різноманітний і з якісних продуктів. Приємний персонал готелю, не навʼязливий але доброзичливий і чуйний.

Un sejur excelent.
Pros:

Micul dejun variat si foarte bun.
Locatia excelenta, aproape de cetate, 2-3 minute de mers pe jos si de zona centrala, restaurante, cca 10 minute de mers pe jos.
Hotelul are parcare proprie, contra cost.
Hotelul are o terasa pe acoperis cu o vedere superba atat ziua cat si noaptea, catre cetate.

Cons:

Parcarea ar putea fi mai curata.

Good stay
Pros:

Large room, good location and beautiful view of Tsarevets fortress from our window, parking, and good breakfast. The hotel also has a large rooftop terrace with seating and the same great views. Since it was raining, we watched the fortress light show through our open window instead. It was a great experience. It was very convenient to have parking in the lot by the hotel. Just keep in mind that both the streets and parking lot are narrow and small, making it difficult to maneuver. All of this is understandable given the historic location of the hotel.

Cons:

Some parts of the hotel are worn (peeling paint on banisters in the hallways, old and dingy bath towels, etc.).
