Pros:

Уютный бутик-отель. Великолепное расположение в центре. Есть своя! парковка (5 евро/день). Потрясающий вид на крепость Царевец. Наслаждались праздничным световым шоу с верхней террасы отеля. Очень приятная атмосфера и доброжелательные сотрудники. Чисто, комфортные номера с большой ванной. Тепло. Хороший завтрак. Хочу отметить вкусный кофе (что нечасто встретишь в отелях) и что совсем не встретишь - печеные яблоки и тыква. Соотношение цена-качество в пользу отеля. Рекомендуем и благодарим персонал за прекрасный отдых.

foarte curat, mirosea foarte frumos in camera ceea ce apreciez foarte mult. in multe locuri camerele au un miros asa invechit... personalul foarte dragut, domnul de la receptie stia foarte bine engleza, ne am inteles usor. in rest totul super, micul dejun foarte ok, parcare, un view frumos din camera

singurul "minus" sa zic asa a fost ca am fost la inceput de martie si era frig in camera si singura modalitate sa o incalzesti era printr un aer conditionat care nu prea facea fata

Единственото нещо, което мога да посоча като положително е това, че ни настаниха в тройна стая, тъй като нямаха свободно допълнително легло по заявка за такова.

Cons:

Бих започнал с това, че влизайки в стаята, след 18 ч. вечерта, все още имаше отворен прозорец за проветряване и стаята беше меко казано студена. Отоплението е на климатик, но и това не беше достатъчно да темперира банята, която се оказа с неработещ отоплителен уред. Сутринта, отивайки на закуска се натъкнахме на още една неприятна изненада, тъй като и салона за закуска се отопляваше с едно локално отоплително тяло, което в никой случай не беше достатъчно, за това помещение. Като за финал, събирайки багажа, за да освободим стаята, забелязахме, че използваните чорапи на детето, които е ползвала в рамките на няколко часа в стаята от бели бяха станали "черни", тогава погледнах и тези на нея, които беше обула преди няма час, като и те вече бяха в същият цвят.
