Cons:

Cer bani pentru parcare 10 e pe zi și dacă pleci nu mai găsești locul pentru că că îl vinde iar fiind doar 5 locuri am platit camera cu balcon . Și nu am primit personalul foarte încordat la piscina apa e foarte rece și la 19 închide la sauna nu am avut acces pe motiv că nu funcționează .nu as mai repeta această experiență.

Масажното студио е неподходящо позиционирано във фитнеса и масажистката прави забележки на ползващите фитнеса, че се вдигало шум, което в друг хотел не се е случвало. Кухнята в ресторанта е страхотна но персонала не може да се справя при по- повече хора.

Pros:

It is located really close to touristic objectives , like 10 minutes walk either direction. It has also parking in a garage so there was no need to use our car during our stay. It has a lovely terrace where you can eat and from where you can see Monument of Assen Dynasty.

Cons:

The food is not the best and the menu not that diversified.

The location and the view. Nice breakfast. The staff at the breakfast was responsive and helped a lot.

İt was supposed to be a 4 stars hotel.. I hardly would give 2 ..The room size and the facilities.. Very basic room, no kettle for making tea or coffee in the room.. There were no reading lights on the bedside. The mattress wasn't comfortable..

Pros:

Amazing view from the room, stayed in a lot of hotels in Veliko Tarnovo & this hotel certainly is the best view of them all. Excellent location for exploring the city. Spacious room, clean & quiet. Bathroom with bathtub, endless hot water. Good choice of breakfast. Will certainly stay here again, for longer next time so we can use the facilities.

Приемливо е. Но цената не отговаря на качеството.
Pros:

Локацията на хотела е добра, има паркинг, което е рядкост за центъра на Търново. Закуската е добра, гледката е прекрасна.
Стаите - има какво да се желае откъм чистота и поддръжка.

При настаняването дават информация, че паркинга се заплаща допълнително - това не е обяснено по недвусмисличен начин в информацията.

Localizarea hotelului in centrul orașului, ușor de ajuns la toate atracțiile turistice, personalul foarte amabil.

Cons:

Locul de parcare este langa hotel dar nu ți se păstrează, sa fii norocos să îl găsești după ce revii la hotel.
