Pros:

Tutto, la migliore struttura che abbiamo incontrato nel nostro viaggio lungo il fiume Mekong. Dalla camera ampia e spaziosa potevamo ammirare il fiume, tanto bello che abbiamo deciso di fermarci una notte in più. Il prezzo era vantaggiosissimo, forse anche poco se paragonato ad altre strutture non allo stesso livello ma che chiedono di più. Colazione inclusa che posso definire in una sola parola: TOP.

Cons:

Giusto un'osservazione non volendo accusare nessuno, ma sarebbe opportuno che la procedura di prenotazione della camera sulla APP di Booking fosse più chiara. Non mi era mai capitato di dover pagare all'arrivo in tanti anni che utilizzo Booking, in quanto è prassi che i soldi vengono presi dalla carta al momento stesso dell'acquisto. A maggior ragione avevo ricevuto una email da Booking che la prenotazione NON ERA RIMBORSABILE. Per cui immaginate il mio disappunto e la perdita di tempo quando all'arrivo mi è stato chiesto un pagamento che pensavo di aver già effettuato. Consiglio di inviare messaggi più chiari.

Très bon petit déjeuner. Le personnel est serviable. Bon emplacement, face au Mékong. Mais assez décentré par rapport au centre ville. Impossible de s'y rendre à pieds.
