It was a good convenience day, but I wish the room was a little bit more clean and the bug problem taken care of
Pros:

Property is in a good central location of new Braunfels. And it was very easy access the rooms on the side and ground level.

Cons:

Property was a little bit dirty, and I don’t know how new and construction it really is. Also, there was quite a bit of roaches. And bugs in the room. And shower didn’t look like it was very clean.

Pros:

Properties in a really good central location of new Braunfels. Property also had very nice staff.

Cons:

Definitely room cleanliness was not the best and and definitely a roach issue. There were tons of bugs.

The AC worked great.

Cons:

No internet. TV did not work at all. No shampoo or soap. No blow dryer. Only 1 blow dryer between 2 properties.

Overall, my stay was ok.
Pros:

I liked that the room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Overall, I liked the room.

Cons:

The room was in another building from where I checked in. When I went to the other building, the door was locked. I had to look for other open doors to gain access to the building.

Cons:

Bad service, room had big roaches crawling out the vents in the restroom. Then they started flying and flew under the fridge. We tried to cancel our stay and they said they could only give us a discount.

HORRIBLE-The staff was really nice super friendly. Once we start heading to the room the hallway smelled like piss and marijuana. We opened the door to our room and the room was filled with cockroaches in the bed, floor, restroom, THE WHOLE ROOM. We canceled our stayed and immediately left.

Worse place I have ever seen.

Nothing. Dirty room ! Dirty bed sheets. Disgusting place.

We couldn’t stay in the room with how dirty and stinky it was. Roaches were in the room. We asked for a refund they would not refund us. Had the audacity to lie and say we stayed in the room for 25 minutes. There were homeless people outside smoking. We unloaded our car took us at least 7 minutes. Then to figure out how to open their door. The whole building stinked and I told them I was pregnant and that I didn’t feel safe to stay there and they still didn’t care. Had to go to another hotel. Do not stay there if you don’t want to get sick.
