If you are trying to save money, this is your place.
Pros:

This is an extended stay hotel. That means that some people are living there long-term. In some ways it felt like an apartment building. However, the price was 1/3 of anything else available so it was a good value for me. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The first room is in did not have a remote control to match the TV so they moved me to a different room which was much much better.

Pros:

Great value, big room, comfortable spacious bed.

Cons:

The carpet in our room needs to be replaced. No amount of cleaning would fix it. And as far as "clean," the place just needs a more detailed cleaning. No elevator, carpeted stairs felt unsafe. Pitiful breakfast! Donuts, bread, bagels... The place didn't feel particularly safe, maybe all in our heads, but it's a feeling you get.

I didn't stay at the hotel. When I pulled into the drive, all I could see garbage covering the entine front of the building. What was once landscaping had been turned into a garbage pit.
