affordability for a place to stay during Railbird
The smell of the room was a lot. Had to wash everything that was brought into the room 2-4 times to remove the odor.

None of the tvs have a functional remote
the man who checked me into my room was the nicest and friendliest I have dealt with in a long time!

my room got downgraded and now I don’t have enough room for my guest. And they said there is no more rooms. What am I supposed to do now….. I have to go pay for a blow up mattress and other things just for my other guest I want at least the price difference, half my money back….. something ….. also they made me sign a weekly agreement or would not let us stay. I am very uncomfortable.
Also just asked for an extra towel and got told there were none extra. And didn’t even have access to them. The bathroom has dried pee on the toilet which I also took a picture of

The Internet kept going out. But not a huge deal just kind of sucks when you have kids.
This is an extended stay hotel. That means that some people are living there long-term. In some ways it felt like an apartment building. However, the price was 1/3 of anything else available so it was a good value for me. The staff are super friendly and helpful.
The first room is in did not have a remote control to match the TV so they moved me to a different room which was much much better.

Great value, big room, comfortable spacious bed.
The carpet in our room needs to be replaced. No amount of cleaning would fix it. And as far as "clean," the place just needs a more detailed cleaning. No elevator, carpeted stairs felt unsafe. Pitiful breakfast! Donuts, bread, bagels... The place didn't feel particularly safe, maybe all in our heads, but it's a feeling you get.
