The proximity to town and shops
The bed was too soft. The one pillow was awful and old. Did not sleep well. The coffee was awful. Tasteless. You should use another brand. Not enough sugar sachets. Did not have coffee on second morning. The water was also warm . The room could do with a small fridge.
Location, convienance
Struggled to locate the property. The photo on Booking.com doesn’t give a good location however i think photo needs to change to show the cafe as its to the left of it. Locate cafe which the name escapes me. Find it door to the left of it..Thank you to owner who i had to call to find it….
Good there was a car park adjacent. Just had to put reg in daily. Cafe right next door . Plenty of pubs and shops nearby. Near station/buses. Reasonable price for a good night's sleep! Bed was comfortable.
Shower did run hot and cold at times. Probably me not understanding how it worked!

Bins in the Carpark, front door needs adjustment, had to be slammed.
Great location, the room was big with a fridge, microwave and kettle. Bed very comfortable with a light duvet, perfect for the hot weather. It was very quiet, didn’t hear any noise, no banging doors that you can get staying in a hotel. The process was great, rung owners for key safe number, answered straight away and no waiting around. We used this accommodation as a base to enjoy the beaches at Sherringham & Cromer, easy drive to both. Can recommend the Kings Head for a meal which is about a 2 minute walk. Highly recommend.
Location was centre of town . Railway station was walking distance with trains to Norwich, Cromer or Wrexham.
Would stay here again.

Good location and price. Owner picked up phone immediately to give me my lockbox code. Bottled water as well as tea and coffee was appreciated. Lovely restaurant, Shambles’s Bistro very near.

I only had coffee and toast which was fine but my friend had cooked breakfasts which she enjoyed.
Restaurants only stayed open until 9pm which we were not used to.
Perfect for a stay, everything that I needed. Clean, well equipped and very comfortable.
