Good value room in central location
Pros:

Comfortable bed, decent shower, great location close to centre of North Walsham, cafe next door was a great place for breakfast, very good value overall.

Cons:

The pictures are a bit misleading as they are of the surrounding area rather than the property itself which is fine but nothing special to look at.

I loved the mattress topper which made the bed so cosy and comfortable. I slept like a log!
Pros:

For a room that was offered as basic it was smart and very comfortable

Cons:

I didn't like that it was all covered in scaffolding and that took away from its looks from the outside, but it is promising for the future.

Lovely comfortable room, very clean and the extras in the room such as fridge and waters were a lovely addition!
Pros:

Very clean and modern there was a fan in there too which was amazing for our autistic son who cannot sleep without one (we brought our own from home anyway but now we know for next time!)

Shower wasn’t very powerful but did the job well

Easy enough and good value
Pros:

Great basic stayover with codeshare arrivals and a clean, serviceable room. The town had plenty of food and drink options.

Cons:

Directions provided proved a little confusing only in that there are 2 car parks that you can end up in and locating the appartnet from the written instructions is confusing if you are parked in the slightly further one.

Clean, quiet and basic. Good value for money. Had everything needed for a restful overnight stay.
Pros:

Great, central location. Close to amenities. Very clean facilities.

Cons:

Better communication about parking. Turned out not to be a problem after chatting to the owner.
