Incredibly clean!!! The bed was a bit noisy, which is why I only scored a 9, but was surprisingly comfortable.
Very well placed for the town centre, and although the road was busy during the day, at nighttime there was hardly any traffic.
Very easy to visit the coastal areas of north Norfolk. Excellent price and I would highly recommend.

Great good value accommodation.

Advertised as budget accommodation, does that very well. Tea and coffee with milk and sugar for a couple of days, bottles of water in room, usb charger sockets, easy hands off book in and out. Great location, takeaways and cafes right outside, parking a short flight of stairs from front door. Fan in room for warm for warml nights, heater for colder weather, shower gel and shampoo in shower, hand-wash at sink. Basically, turn up with what you're wearing and you're sorted for a comfortable night, bring fresh underwear and you're good for a week - perfect.

Had everything I needed, was ideally located for my visit and very good value.

The location is excellent. There is a cafe next to the property. A lovely market nearby on a Thursday. Local restaurants and takeaways as well as a Lidl and Morrisons. A church is around the corner as is the cat pottery. There is free parking. The host was very helpful when we got a little lost and had to call him. It is also a 13 minute drive from the beach.

Excellent location for North Walsham and to visit my Dad. We have stayed in room 2 on three times and will stay again.

Excellent value, simple, clean accommodation. Tea, coffee and bottled water in the room. Central to all shopping and amenities, takeaway menus in common entrance hallway, excellent cafe adjacent. Easy parking.

The room was lovely and clean, and had everything we needed, for our night stay. Tea and coffee was available plus two bottles of water. Bed was comfortable. Good checking in service, and car parking.
