The refrigerator wasn’t very cold. Wish the rooms could be bigger for something to sit on to eat besides the bed.

Great location
Pros:

Location can't be beat. We like to stay away from downtown Clearwater beach. Less crowded and cheaper renting chairs and umbrella near this location. Plus they don't pack you in like sardines on the beach. Bonus is having the Pavilion beach bar right there was great. This was a walking vacation. We didn't rent a car so we walked everywhere and it was very nice.

Cons:

If you don't like stairs than make sure to get first floor. No elevator.

Qaunt and aging with potential but could do better.
Pros:

Close to the beach and a short walk away from many restaurants. Quiet and parking is provided. The house keeping staff was very nice and tries their best. The rooms were kept clean.

Cons:

Property was old and in need of updating and had that musty smell. The inn is literally at the end of the main strip so it was a bit of a walk to the main area. The bathroom was a problem as the toilet clogged easily. The front desk is not very friendly and not very helpful . We had a toilet issue one afternoon and when I went to the front desk for assistance the man unapologetically handed me a plunger!

Perfect
Pros:

Fantastic stay! Staff was incredibly kind and helpful — like vacation angels in polos 😄. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with great bars and restaurants steps away. Super clean, cozy, and full of good vibes. Can’t wait to come back!

Pros:

Location was perfect! Loved being right on the beach for the early morning walks.

Cons:

I so wished that they had an elevator. We were on the 3rd floor. But we knew coming in that was the case. We did get our exercise.
