Второй раз останавливались . В номере без окна , он дешевле нам нужно было на одну ночь. Расположение для нас идеальное. Близко к рынку , ТЦ Сайгон , музей , всё в пешей доступности.

Cons:

Ons verblijf in dit hotel was helaas zeer teleurstellend. Bij aankomst bleek de kamer niet te voldoen aan wat je op basis van de boeking mag verwachten. Je moet ook van tevoren betalen. De kamer had geen ramen en geen balkon. Let op bij het boeken, dit is essentiële informatie die je als gast vooraf hoort te weten.
Daarnaast waren er meerdere technische gebreken in de kamer na de eerste nacht. De airco lekte water en werkte niet goed, de elektriciteit was niet in orde waardoor lampen flikkerden, meerdere lampen deden het helemaal niet en de zeepdispensers in de douche waren ook kapot. Dit hebben wij direct na de eerste nacht gemeld. Na de reparatie troffen wij de kamer slordig aan en een oude, vervangen lamp die nog in de kamer lag. Daarnaast is er zonder toestemming gebruikgemaakt van onze persoonlijke opladers, wat wij als zeer ongepast hebben ervaren.
Verder werden wij vroeg in de ochtend wakker door luidruchtige buren. In de beschrijving staat dat het geluidsdichte kamers zijn maar dit is dus zeker niet het geval. Ook ruikt dit in het hotel overal naar eten, dat is best gek want ze bieden geen ontbijtservice of diner aan.
Wat vooral teleurstelt is de manier waarop met onze klachten is omgegaan. We hebben deze meerdere keren gemeld maar kregen niet het gevoel dat deze serieus werden genomen. De reparatie naar de eerste nacht heeft dan ook niets opgeleverd. Ook de tweede nacht was de airco nog stuk en drukte er ‘s nachts water uit het apparaat. Een voorstel om de derde, laatste nacht van kamer te wisselen kwam pas laat en bood geen oplossing meer voor de ervaren problemen. We zagen erg op tegen het verhuizen gezien we dan ook al onze spullen weer opnieuw moesten inpakken en verplaatsen.

Gezien de prijs die wij hebben betaald mag je een bepaald niveau van kwaliteit en service verwachten. In dit geval is daar helaas niet aan voldaan. Het hotel heeft ook geen enkele moeite gedaan om daarin te compenseren.

Just across the hotel there is 7-11 and a few cafes. Some shopping is probably better be done on the street where the hotel is than going to Ben Thanh market.

Have laundry service.

No window in my room.
