Right space for 4 adults

Cons:

The Check in and check out procedure. Too much info send on watsapp. We were new to the place and so many things were expected to study and do it ourselves. If we missed any info, their reply to us was a-bit rude, words like “you didn’t read the instructions properly” was said harshly. Instead the hospitality can be improved by explaining to us what to do next and so on would be helpful.

The host is very terrible. Im not sure why the host said i didn't check in, when I actually checked in as per the booking & have fully paid the host (by online transfer).

Now, booking.com email me inform that maybe ill be charge with penalty fee.
