Un hotel elegante nel pieno centro di Pescocostanzo, un paesino che merita certamente una visita
Pros:

Bella la facciata dell'hotel, nel centro di Pescocostanzo.
Il personale gentile e paziente, gli arredi interni tipici della montagna e eleganti
Ottima la colazione con buon assortimento di prodotti per la colazione all'italiana ma presenti anche per la colazione salata

Cons:

io aggiungerei un erogatore di bevande calde nella sala ma ovviamente ci è stato fornito un ottimo cappuccino

Posizione eccezionale! L'albergo si trova a pochi passi dal centro ed a pochissima distanza c'è un piazzale comodissimo per parcheggiare.

La struttura si trova in una ottima posizione centrale, vicino all’entrata del paese e vicino il parcheggio.
La colazione stupenda curata nei dettagli ,personale di sala molto gentile, struttura calda e accogliente, le camere comode e accessoriate di tutto.

Cons:

Peccato per la polvere un po’ ovunque mi sentirei di consigliare una spolverata ai divani ai tappeti e non solo! Peccato aver trovato polvere anche sulle mensole del bagno..insomma per il prezzo che si fa pagare mi sarei aspettata una pulizia più accurata di tutto, specie quando ci sono oggetti di antiquariato ovunque e tantissimi, consiglio di eliminare qualcosa per agevolare la pulizia di tutto!
Altra cosa poco gradevole le porte delle camere essendo antiche non permettono isolamento acustico per cui facilmente se si cammina nel corridoio tutti sentono tutto….ma anche stando in camera si sente tutto del vicino.

STAFF OTTIMO, SOPRATTUTTO GLI ADDETTI ALLA RECEPTION E ALLE PULIZIE. POSIZIONE ECCELLENTE. STRUTTURA RUSTICA AFFASCINANTE E BEN TENUTA. CAMERE IN STILE RUSTICO MA NON OBSOLETE. BAGNI PULITI E RINNOVATI. PARCHEGGIO PUBBLICO A PAGAMENTO ADIACENTE ALLA STRUTTURA.

ALL'ARRIVO TROVIAMO UNA COPERTA SPORCA E IMMEDIATAMENTE CI SOSTITUISCONO IL TUTTO. ANDREBBE SEGNALATO NELLE CONDIZIONI DELLA STRUTTURA LA IMPOSSIBILITA' DI PORTARE GLI ANIMALI DOMESTICI NELLE AREE BREAKFAST E RISTORANTE. ALCUNI CAMERIERI DEL BAR-RISTORANTE TALVOLTA SMARRISCONO LA CORDIALITA' ED EDUCAZIONE, FORSE PER IL TROPPO CARICO DI LAVORO??!
